No, it's not a crime to read a script.... However, it does preclude her speaking naturally and confidently and appearing to know what she is talking about in this case. Combined with the mask,lack of info and other bizarre elements, it did absolutely nothing for rf trust wise and just made them look like even shadier weirdos...

So the script thing though not wrong was certainly no help whatsoever either.

that was the point of my initial response to her video...
write a script that actually addresses the questions of the community, bullet point style, or go freeform, and actually engage the community...
having a script that amounts to a one minute ramble, and answers nothing, is not going to inspire confidence...

anyway, the main thing is that RF is never going to get a dime of my money...
they can try to salvage this debacle however they please...
i'm sure that when sales dry up, this will all be blamed on Dakka, and not their own bizzare behavior and web of lies...

Is the mask just Mandlebonder playing dress-up? He's already shown that he is in no way legitimate, cross-dressing wouldn't surprise me one iota. Voices can be disguised.

I find it sad and disturbing that there is a decent likelihood that these are the poor people that died horrible deaths of cancer. I wonder if they would know that Daniel killed them off in his alternate universe.

So did the person that wrote the script forget that 'Kim' would be reading it just for the part where she refers to herself in the third person? Or is that not 'Kim' reading the script? Or does somebody other than 'Kim' now own the business?

To be completely fair, I think she says 'Helped Ken' not 'Kim', not sure she referred to herself in the 3rd person. I also don't think it means a bloody thing that their is a Union Jack in the background...

Let's just focus on the stuff we do know -

1. She didn't answer any questions
2. She did not present her business reg# with her name on it.
3. She did not present any evidence she went to the HH weekender as she advertised and sold items on that basis with not right to... least she could do is show she actually went.
4. She did not present the previous RF registration # with all 3 names on it.
5. She did not address that some evidence seems to point at her being Daniel Mandelbaums wife. (La petite gamine FB posts)
6. She reads scripts while wearing masks and acting like a weirdo.
7. She has a very aggravating bird.

Only 2 of those things have ever been hypothesised/proven by us here. Please don't throw out random stuff and give them something to rail against without answering questions, it isn't helpful.

If you want to analyze the flag in the background, wasn't it said the reason they were going to drop by the HH weekender thing was because they were already going to be in the area visiting family?

Whether he's still a part of the business or not, Daniel is talented, and he clearly has issues. I just wish someone could convince him to go get some help and build himself a foundation to work off. It'd be hard, but if a store opened with pics of Daniel, an address, business registration, and a brutally honest About Me section on the website... I could see it working. A lot of folks are closet romantics, and love a good story of hard-fought redemption . Just dial back the harrassment and the nationalistic insults...

Regarding the video... the only actual content seemed to be the part where she told the viewers that she was being treated with disrespect. I didn't think that was true until after seeing some of the comments on here in response. Really? "Was anyone else turned on by that?" Really?

On that note, I found the YouTube and Google accounts for Ms. Resin Forge. Nothing in them, apart from that she (account is set to Female) liked a Jewish wedding video.

Oh and the video was in MP4 (Sony PSP) format, so take that as what you will. No useful metadata in the video, just the usual codec stuff.

I have wondered if Daniel does have some sort of mental issues because it seems like a big game to him. All the scheming and the run around, it's pointless because he's not making much money out of this Resin Forge thing but continues to flog at it month after month, obviously reading these huge threads generated and carving out these strange personas and stories. I do think it's become some need for attention and liking the run and the chase of it, while exhibiting a strange lack of empathy and conscience. Some sort of mental illness is the only reason I can think for some of the bizarre and deluded behaviour.

How removed can a guy be from a business he starts if he hands over the running of it to his wife?

Aerethan you know better. Way better. I don't support that idea at all, and I frown on the intent behind it. The only people who should be quantifying 'punishment' for this individual is the legal authorities. That's it that's all.

I am only occupied with keeping an eye on this guy and company, and making sure that no one, ever if I can help it, buys from him without knowing exactly what that may entail. Figuring out his schemes and lies is part and parcel to making sure that info gets out and transparancy is in place for the community. Setting the dogs on him via anything but a government agency on the civil or federal level is not only ill-advised for the instigator but frankly flat out wrong.

I said nothing about punishment. I also theorized, not advocated or made any request, even stating that I don't know how to even go about it. The point was more that the internet is not entirely anonymous, and when pics or videos get posted there is info on those files that can lead back to their sources.

No it's ok Aerethan. I would be lying if I said it hadn't occurred to me too. You are not the first nor the last who will suggest... alternative means... to deal with this.

The point is though that we have to curb our frustrations that the law has not seen fit to deal with DM yet and just do what we can, at an appropriate level of involvement. I think the guy is utter scum. I really do, when I say I have never seen such a liar in fiction or reality, I'm not kidding. This guy makes Loki look average lol. I base my opinion on both my own direct experiences and what I have seen happen to friends and customers. But at the end of the day, myself and others who feel strongly about the matter have to do our best not to become the kind of witch hunters RF claims us to be. It's a really fine line and it's hard to walk.

All I want is to keep this thread strictly on the information at hand, and to confine any discussion of action to legal means and make sure the message is out there that if anyone is having a tough time with RF or DM, they are not alone. That's as much as we can do.
