A threatening email won't be convincing evidence. It's too easy to fake digital communications, as we have seen before in the history of this affair.

Perhaps if Stephanie would file a police report, there would be some kind of evidence. Daniel M reported harassment to the police.

It is a lot harder to fake your business registration in the government database.

I agree, and while it is certainly too easy to fake digital communications, it's also just as easy to disprove faked communications, but then it quickly becomes a he said/she said thing. I think that it would serve to benefit both sides of this argument if an email existed. Because I could have sworn previously that an email threatening her life was never sent, i.e. I don't remember such a claim before Tallon Amaya made it on his facebook page.

Sadly, I think to file a police report, evidence would have to be brought to the attention of the police officers. I believe that for them to do anything about it, Stephanie would have to file the police report, using her legal name, and provide the threatening email.

I utterly deplore threats of violence to whoever it may be. There's no need for it, and I'm sure every other member here joins me in that sentiment.
Kim- report it to the police, let them investigate it. They will have the ability to track the call (even if the number was withheld) and bring the full force of the law to bear.

Check the (we already know it from previous posts) police report that Resin Forge had brought forward by its minion to show how Stephanie Hernandez received threatening phone calls. Check the date --> at that time most people never had even heard about Rf and certainly nobody had publicly made a connection to Mandelbonder and even more certainly nobody had known about "Stephanie Hernadez" being an alleged co-owner of Resin Forge. Hilarious. We don't even have to try to show people arguments anymore, even the followers started taking themselves apart without needing much encouragement

That Police Report is dated January 13th, and it details "KNOWN SUSPECT HAS CALLED AND TEXTED COMP MORE THAN 50 TIMES IN ONE DAY,

Could this individual have been the source of the alleged recent call, rather than someone affiliated with Dakka?

Yeah if she's 'shutting down' now because of harassing calls made in January...that's an interesting play. Let's see how that pans out for the business. Also the complaint in that report is about the frequency of contact, rather than a fear of life or anything of that nature.

I'd rate the chances that they just picked up a namesake for the usual diversion much higher than the caller then being the alleged caller now. You think the caller made bird sounds?

In that report, "Known Suspect" means that the complainant knows who it is that was calling/texting them.

There are no new police reports from anyone associated with RF.

There are no new police reports from anyone associated with RF.

Of course there aren't. There's just the one with Mandelbaum's name on it that RF can't use for the obvious reasons.

Tallon, here is what I will make of that police report.

I've seen that police report, saw it a few weeks ago when looking up for anything related to Stephanie Kimberly Hernandez or Daniel Mandelbaum, the police report was filed January 13th, 2013, that was (by my estimates) about 3 and a half months before the original thread involving Mr. Mandelbaum being associated with Resin Forge. At that time (January 13th, 2013), Miss Hernandez had no reason to receive a call from ANYONE looking to harass Resin Forge. This is most likely an unrelated incident, and if you read the description of the complaint, it says that the Miss Hernandez in the report was called and texted over 50 times by the "known suspect". So if this is truly what Stephanie is referring to in her post, please inform me as to who this suspect is, as she clearly knows who it is by the police report. Or you could realize that you're grasping at straws. I fully support Stephanie filing a police report about this situation, that way both Dakka members and Resin Forge can figure who that is, and we can settle this. 1 call from a lone person does not mean an entire website is harassing you with death threats. And like I asked, where is the email death threat?

To be frank, I don't think there has been one example of something Resin Forge has done that doesn't have a feeling of deception and evasion about it.

Business phone number that is a mobile.
No business registration -- lies about why not.
A C&D from a "German law form" that was advertising as a security consultant and turned out to be a fake company. Later said by RF to have contacted them in order to scam them of $103 which they recovered through eBay.
The whole thing about the Horus weekender and the photos.
Relentless editing of the FaceBook page to remove embarrassing queries, while the shop site fails to be updated.

And so on...

Interestingly the original police report filed by Daniel Mandelbaum doesn't show a DoB but does list his age as 28 and according to the above points and DoB would make him 29 now, so it's either a massive coincidence or he is indeed Daniel Keaton Mandelbaum. There seems to be too many coincidences around this whole sorry scenario.

Let's not forget waffling about the identities given, false names, editing of screenshots and false accusations on a group of ~70k people as if it was one person. Even their own Mod lasted 3 days and ended up confused as hell.

Without saying whether there was a death threat, however conveniently timed to other damning information it was, Resin Forge, Stephanie Hernandez and Daniel Mandelbaums statement is the equivalent to this:

'Guys, MajorTom here... I have terrible, disturbing news.

Somehow, Daniel Mandelbaum and Stephanie Hernandez and their evil minions got hold of my personal phone number. One of them called me late last night and made threats against me, my family and my life. I am so sick and tired of their lies and BS I will be closing my Dakka account for fear of my own safety. They threatened my kids guys. Their future. It's not a joke anymore. After a very ominous and personal tirade, I was left shaken to the core.

They said that if I didn't consolidate my credit, I would pay so much interest that I would be broken financially. They are going to take all my monies and my children will starve to death. Death! I hung up on them before they could finish.

ResinForge and all their customers are demons out to stalk and hurt me, every single last one of them is hell bent on destruction and pain and I will not tolerate it.

Before closing my Dakka account I will be selling a great deal of my personal hobby stuff that I have accrued from ebay and other sources and also my PS3. If interested please PM me.

Once all my stuff is sold I will re-open my Dakka account and continue on a few hours later.
