I haven't seen any evidence of harassment.

I also haven't seen any evidence of a Business ID number, attendance at Forge World's open day, or the divestment of Daniel Mandelbaum or his wife from the Resin Forge Store.

I also haven't seen Kronk Kronkington post on their facebook page, so I guess he's still baned from it.

Now, the video that was posted by 'Kim' had a bird squawking in it, the squawking was being made by a conure, a type of parrot. It has also been alleged that Stephanie/Kimberly Hernandez was or is Mandelbaum's wife.

Interesting, this is Mortachai Hernandez Mandelbaum, a conure parrot. He had a myspace page all his own at some stage. A google search for Hernandez Mandelbaum turns up his very regal photo.



They live for a long time. 20-30 years.

I have now positively identified the bird noises in the background of 'Kim's video' as belonging to a conure parrot. It's a give away with the double-sounded squawking, pitch etc.

This would give serious credence that the woman in the video, 'Kim', is his ex/current wife and partner in crime, Stephanie 'Kim' Hernandez.

And how distanced is Mandelbaum from the company when his squeeze is now the front?

The mask may not be relevant. It could be picked up in New Orleans, which is the state to the east of Texas, as part of a Mardi Gras celebration she attended. It could even be home made. Hobby Lobby and plenty of other places sell the materials necessary to make your own.

Sometimes you wonder how many identities a couple would need, this one already racked up quite an astonishing number. Probably will have to make an extra attachment to the summary just with aliases...

This whole "mess" needs an infographic. sometimes I too get lost, but I followed it from the beginning.

This ambiguous account information is definitely criminal. A company has to have a clear public owner. Should be able to be looked up in any public records, along with that owner is an operation address.

If anyone wanted to know the real result a simple consult with the local court should be more than ample to yield the correct results or point you in the correct direction.

As a computer forensic analyst my humble opinion is this is low grade cyber identity fraud. People shouldn't be able to play as other people. Hacking paypal would be quite the feat they have ample protection.

After reading this thread I feel like the actions are criminal that their isn't a clear person owning this, and that Dakka was given an empty C&D letter (Well written and all that.)

Who owns the company ,I don't care, but people who create fake websites to create fake C&D are people that need a good lesson.

If anyone wants to pass this along to the resin forge zombies, it's pretty hard to argue with, if it was overwhelming before it is now into the territory where I think many of their 'supporters' will be furious to find out Dakka and the other people out there fighting to protect the community were right all along.

The lesson here is, if Daniel Mandelbaum is involved in any way shape or form, NEVER, EVER trust anything, ANYTHING that comes out of said company or individual, 9 times out of 10, it will be lies, he will lie even if there is no point.
