The size and thickness will dictate, to a degree, what they could practically be used for. It looks, at least, like you have ~1mm/.04" sheets in the standard 7"x12" size that Plastruct/Evergreen sell. With that, you could probably manage to scratchbuild a smaller vehicle (could maybe eke out a Rhino or smaller) from one of the various templates available online, if you're careful with part placement to avoid wastage. 1mm is thick enough to block out moderately large shapes (again, think Rhino, not Baneblade) with a bit of internal bracing (lengths of sprue works wonderfully for this). It's a bit too thick for bending really tight curves, so flat and/or laminated armor, crude orky patch plates, and the like are its best use, in terms of detailing models. Cut into thin strips, though, it will curve tightly enough to add ribs to relatively thin tubes, power armor, etc. Plenty of uses in detailing terrain, too, if you're into that. Personally, I'd just save them, thinking it better to have plasticard when you need it than trying to force an immediate use. If you just want a project, either to cure boredom or to get used to working with the material, then find something either universally useful (terrain, objective markers, base-toppers, etc. - the Aegis Defense Line is a good size for this amount and lots of armies can/are using it these days) or pick a small vehicle for an army you play and try to build it, start to finish. [edit:] Looking at your gallery, it seems you play CSM, in which case you could always cut out some chaos icons to slap on vehicle conversions or terrain. Would give you an immediate project without eating up your whole reserve, should something pop into your head, later.

yeah. its plastruct. and i think its 1mm... also, any recommendations for how to cut it easily? i can cut it with an xacto knife, but that takes a while and requires alot of pressing down hard which hurts the hands after a while Automatically Appended Next Post:
dear lord please no. that would take forever.

Don't press down hard. You'll tire yourself out and are more likely to make mistakes. Instead, make several light passes, scoring the plastic. Even if you only go 1/4-1/3 of the way through, you'll be able to snap it along that line quite easily. Gives a surprisingly nice edge, most of the time, that a quick sand/file/scrape cleans right up. The "score and snap" method quickly becomes a favorite of pretty much anyone who works with plasticard - try it and you'll see why. [edit:] I should mention that this works best on straight cuts, but you can use it on curves, as well, although that often requires a bit more cleanup when it doesn't always break perfectly cleanly. Relief "cuts" can help with tight curves, allowing you to break away the excess in more manageable chunks.

I've seen people make rivets out of heating sprue for 3-5 seconds with a match as well.
As for the plasticard, as a cron player I'd add armour plates to warriors on warriors > immortals conversions, or use it to make knives for flayed ones conversions (I know they're crap but counts as warriors despite looking like FOs with the guys I play with). Otherwise, no idea. Build some structures like bunkers, pillboxes, aegis defence lines, or ladders. Go nuts.
