The company is based out of Texas. I bought some scriber miniatures from them a couple of weeks ago. The package took an extremely long time to ship out, and when I got my package I was shorted a model. I have emailed them 3 times now since Thursday about the issue and have not gotten any kind of response. Has anyone had any problems with this ebay seller?

Don't mess about.

File a Paypal claim for the cost of the missing model, if it gets resolved, great, but you only have 45 days to file, and DO NOT cancel the claim until you have either the money or model in your hand.

They may be a superb retailer normally, but they have let you down in this instance, and that's all that matters.

I think the owner is a female and Slavic in origin given some of the slurring of the speech written in my emails that I got. (I'm married to a female Slav -similairity.)

I've ordered from them before, and didn't have any problems. My stuff arrived pretty quickly iirc.

Check their feedback, the majority seem to be fine, but there are regular negs and neutrals outlining the same issues as the OP.

Seems they're a legitimate seller with appalling after sales if anything goes awry.

I've ordered once without issues. Still, YMMV.

Got like five or six orders from them without issue. I live one state over so orders didn't take overly long.

Regardless, Azreal has the right of it: open a Paypal claim early, now and always, whenever there is a dispute. It costs nothing; and if they take care of the issue, you can always close it later and hell, still leave positive feedback! Of course, if they email you and ask you to close the case, it's a pretty surefire way of telling they are going to try to bone you. No legitimate business will ask you to close a case; since they should be fixing the issue and prevailing on it instead. Never close a case until a refund or product is in hand.

She, yah you guys have the right person, finally sent me a message back. Turns out she sent me an extra model in a different package, but was still not the model I paid for. She said she will send a shipping label to swap them...lets cross fingers.

I'd still consider filing a claim, it's amazing how much more... focused retailers can be with one to motivate them.

I ordered from them last Friday, it supposedly shipped Wednesday, so it'll have been in the mail a week tomorrow.

I ordered the same exact item from a different seller and received it a full week ago (since they shipped Monday, and I got it Wednesday).

Won't be using them again and if it turns out they didn't ship but said that they did, of course I'd be leaving a negative feedback... if it arrived tomorrow it will just be a neutral.

Thought about it, but always find that their stuff is more expensive than anyone else's. She sometimes has some hard-to-find minis though

I got a few rhinos years ago for a good price, but I've recently taken them off my "saved sellers" list because they aren't really competitive anymore.

She told me the same thing on the two orders she screwed up on. Admitted to giving me the wrong items, promised she sent the right ones later in a third box - never arrived. She then spewed profanity at me when she failed to provide a tracking number, I opened the claim to keep time going on the clock for her to provide a tracking number and then finally said she could not send me the models because she did not have any more to send me and then finally refunded me the money for the items I did not get.

She does not understand customer service or have any patience that I can see. It is a shame - she does have lots of minis I would buy if my experiences had been better.

I can echo that. They shipped me 20 painted figures in a tiny box smaller than the a GW blister footprint with A SINGLE PACKING PEANUT put in. Of course the two metal ones were in multiple pieces and another half dozen plastic ones were snapped (and one was simply missing a limb). When I asked for a refund, they wanted me to commit mail fraud at my own risk and mail back the package "return to sender" so they wouldn't have to pay for return shipping. When I refused to ship it illegally (although I was fine with returning it in general), they left me inappropriate "positive" feedback cussing me out and sent me several vulgar messages where they commented that I had shipped a package years before and someone had gotten figs damaged. Yes, I indeed as a novice amateur seller had not used bubble wrap (but used other packing materials) once years earlier when sending metal figs and some arrived broken (and I refunded part of the payment as agreed within a few hours of getting the pic of the damaged minis)... and that in no way excused a "professional" seller with thousands of auctions from doing worse and not using almost any packing material and then looking for straw man excuses to lay blame elsewhere. If you look through their comments left for others, they're quite the jerk when someone has an issue.

Just a tip... don't be surprised if they leave retaliatory "negative" positive feedback for you. They did that for me and it took the idiots who barely speak English at ebay help months to sort of fix it (incorrectly... twice...).

@OP: They will leave you insulting feedback but don't let that stop you from leaving accurate feedback from them. It won't affect your rating as they can only click positive category feedback now as a seller. And don't close the case for any reason until you get fair recompense from them. As I said, they wanted me to commit mail fraud to save them $3 on return shipping in order to get a refund for a complete and utter disregard for proper packing on their end.

Yeah no package today. Will be opening a Paypal dispute this weekend.

I wish you well - she took a very long time to respond to messages a day before the first 45 days expired. I informed her in my reply that I was going to open the claim to give it more time to arrive (the third package of my last two orders with her - which she mismailed/bungled) and thats when the things turned ugly.

I hate to say this but I was looking at purchasing two minis from here this month until this popped up and reminded me why I wrote my nasty notes on her in my eBay log of sellers.

For myself, it's only a single blister I'm waiting on... not a big deal. But, as I'm in the states and this weekend will be 2.5 weeks since the purchase date and 1.5 weeks since she said it shipped, it's obvious she didn't actually ship it.

Again, not really a big deal as far as I'm concerned, as Paypal will refund the money easily enough... but I just can't believe she's still able to operate on ebay with the number of negatives and neutrals she receives.

She told me twice that shipped the same day that I paid. I made not of that. Each time it was more than 12 days later (one case 17) that the actual date on the packages lined up with the payment date.

This goes in to my trust issue with some people. Don't lie/mislead me intentionally. I have people come back and say straight up - I made a mistake/had things wrong. Here is a surprise - I'm ok with that so long as I have not paid extra for a delivery date to be met. She never provided me any of the tracking options that I was paying for. Given there is generally another 10 days added on to shipping times for APOs - that can mean ~ another 1.5 weeks in shipping. If the packages are shipped 2-3 weeks late that wastes between half and third of a month's time, it’s no wonder there are a lot of claims filed on her.

I'm just amazed at some of the feedback I got (see) on her behalf in response to the negatives. Sometimes that is worse than the negative feedback at all.

What is so painful is she has some tuff from a guy in Italy (I know him) that I want but to go to him will cost me 3 times what she wants not including shipping. (The kicker is the guy will not use the Italian post system to deliver to my home in Italy because of the chances it gets lost - just my APO address.) I wish I could trust her enough to buy from her.

I replied to her again today telling her I was opening a case. She responded within 2 hours and sad she emailed me the return slip. eBay decided to block the attachment. I responded with minutes telling her and nothing... I am at a loss for words. How do you do eBay and only check your email once a week.

I went to check something out - she blocked /banned me from purchasing from her. I was going to buy two miniatures on sale and see if the service was the same for me as last time. Somehow I think I knew I was banned (I may have had an email from her saying that - but it was not in my notes). I figured hey get the two miniature I want and save about $30 (if they ever showed up).

But I saw some of the more recent comments and WOW! she has gotten really vicious in her responses since I last checked. It is a shame - she has some nice stuff on sale that I want. Too bad I'll pay more somewhere else - but the customer service with that someone else has to be better than the abuse she gives out:
