Orks are likely after IG or SM. IG or SM, probsbly SM likely to follow Eldar which are next for sure.

I would guess we will see SM and BT (if they get one) before Orks. IG might go before them too, as they are used by just about everyone. So, if SM are November, then at the earliest, we would see Orks about a year from now (probably not sooner).

It has been debated if the January Release will be Nids or Orks. There will be 6 40k dexs this year to play catch up for having 0 for a whole year then next year its back to 3 per year. Top listed possible dex's include, SM (possibly after Eldar) then Nids, Orks & IG in no real order.
