Looks like we may get there, up at $66,100 at the moment with just under 11 hours to go. So not a massive amount of time but hopefully the spaceship dungeon theme will pull in some more last minute funds and get us to $70k

I think the last day of the KS sure could do with a little more attention from the creators.

Kinda feels like they just pop in before and after work every day and yet expect it to just skyrocket like Reaper Bones, Relic Knights, Mantic Deadzone... did all on its own without putting in any effort.

We are working as hard as we can... pretty stressed. Not only updates to take care of, but pictures to be edited as we go when we find small mistakes, updates for pages, and tons of messages... sorry guys is only 2 of us working here. We took the day off but is hard to keep up.

As for now 71K amazing, thank you all for the support.

And yes there will be a post KS where you will be able to add more if you wish.

Now back to work....

Industrial is unlocked. Current total is almost 74k and of that, 12k has come today. So you got your wish.

It was actually pretty likely outcome, as quite many people (including myself) only decide on the addons during final day of KS.

I'm of the opposite opinion. I think they update at least twice as often as other KS I'm backing, certainly more than I need them to.

Goes to show that you can't please everyone

Well, I think some of the comments about lack of updates earlier was when things were getting busy with pledges and Maki was taking care of paperwork and what not.

As it is, SGs are blowing past at a swift pace and they look to be throwing out updates to try and keep on top of it to keep driving pledges.

But., less than 3 hours to go and they're up to $77,881

...and the rest is silence. It's nice we got space ship and industrial, i hope they make the extras for those soon enough too even if we didn't unlock em.

I think I'll go for 5industrial 5 spaceship (if it can be integrated with industrial, otherwise another industrial) and the sushibar with sci-fi container for $18.

Didn't go in for this KS but I'll probably pick some of this terrain up at some point. I'm interested to see how it will be packaged for retail release, given how modular it is.

Probably close too how it is now 5 terrain elements for a certain price (my guess would be $75), $2 extra per terrain element if you want the large ones ($85?).

Typically things are more expensive at full retail compared to KS prices.

So $80 and $90 then or something, the point was that the way it's sold is probably how it's going to be sold.

Time to necro the thread a little. For those who backed, Maki are aiming to get the final pledge manager out to backers today along with an appropriate update.

Sweet, they're in North America!

I didn't get a lot- it's mostly for photo backdrops. Looking forward to it nonetheless.

How was the packing on yours pongo? The comments on Kickstarter say the quality is great but the packaging is terrible.

Did you add anything during the second wave pledge manager?

Also, any pics you feel like posting would be appreciated.

Seconded / fourthed / etc on the call for pics! This seems like it has a ton of potential, although the company hit a lot of snags getting to this point (and is still finishing fulfillment... or maybe "finishing" isn't the right word, but rather working through?).

I took this on the day mine arrived. Haven't had the time to touch it since. Also waiting on response about my missing parts (over $100 worth).

Fantastic quality, though. Interestingly it's made of ABS (LEGO plastic) so it's very sturdy.

Thanks for the pics, lord blackfang! I saw your name in the Kickstarter comments. It seems their communication is pretty terrible... but the product looks very intriguing. Much cooler than the Deadzone terrain / with more possibilities, I think... and maybe a good fit for Infinity, not to mention 40k / Space Hulk / etc.

Well, for those who missed it / didn't back, there was an update posted yesterday with some more shots of what you can do with some of the items:

I just received mine yesterday. So far I'm liking it. I never would have guessed in a million years that GW would have released Adeptus Mechanicus before the Kickstarter was fulfilled.

It looks like shipping is now more or less finished so they can start looking at retail and expansions.

I've had mine for a few months they turned out well it's good quality plastic and is well cast the metal parts are less impressive and I'd skip them in future. I'll definitely pick up some more - I'm still waiting on 2 sets of advertising boards. I mostly added the accessories to Deadzone kits for detailing the stairs came in handy as did the balconies/ walkways. they aren't an exact fit size wise but any gaps or height differences can be made up using a bit of plastistrip.

As a first project they over reached and took on too much but it came good in the end and hopefully lessons have been learned

Latest update
This is probably the happiest update in the past 10 months!
First and foremost 99% of the US orders have been successfully delivered and only a few packages are still on the trucks. So, what is still left to be done?

As you all know two items (advertisement board and flying buttress) are still on the way. There were issues with these parts (as mentioned in a couple of past updates) so we had to go back to the drawing board and create new models for them. Luckily only few backers are still waiting for these parts and it will be easy to keep them updated on the progress.

The feedback we received so far on the product is very positive and now it's time to address one of our biggest pains: distribution. Before approaching distributors we would like to ask all of you to participate in a survey that will determine the future of products. This week we will send a survey by email to ask your opinion on the product and to find the optimal solution to replace the missing freebie set-O. Your opinion will influence both our distribution strategy and the next Kickstarter to expand our line of products, so we hope many of you will respond.
Fulfillment will soon be completed allowing us to focus on new exciting projects! We have partnered with a well-known company for our next Kickstarter. In the coming days we will show you what is coming.

All of you have been extremely patient and we can only thank you again for enabling a small startup like ours to learn by doing. We learned so much that it is unthinkable to write everything down. However I hope to find time to post some of the lessons learned to help other companies to avoid our mistakes.

I used mine yesterday on a Deadzone game, and they were awesome. I am still waiting on a couple items that got mixed up, but overall the system is pretty good
