Look up : Rhinestones Round Acrylic on E-bay.
I use 1. 1.5 and 2 mm round and the square ones I can find in those sizes...

The Ruzzbot is progressing steadely. (read slowly )

The gun is looking nice. At least that's my idea.
The mount and shoulder are not started yet.
The streched Defiler arm is also getting allong. Now for the main cilinder on that, and a shoulder plate.

Got some work done on Mega Dread 2

Gat the gun shoulder almost done, and made sone magnatic moun ts for the exhoust on the back and the top mount for the secondary guns..

Now for the power plant, the rest is pretty much done on MD nr.2.

And nearly paint ready.

Here;s the latest Kan. Number 16.
It has a weapon that's like a energy powerd Grotzooka.
There's some SM Dreadnought bit's in there also. Hope you like it....

With five of Killa kans finished wiht Grotzooka's, Rokkit launcha's and Big shoota's I figured I'd need to get them painted completely also.
So that I could at least play some painted units.
Here's the progres so far, still some way to go before I can base them...

The Mega Dread is starting to look the buisnes... The top guns need te get painted, but as they are interchangable Ill keep that for later.
Now for some more detail on the base, and the painting....

Can I ask where you get your treadplate plastic sheets? We have some for our Ork stuff but the moulding is poor, I'd love to find something with that scale and definition.

The Ruzzbot has gotten a head, and a gun arm on the way.
I'm still thinking on how to give it some more weapons so it can stand in as a Mega Dread.
The two Rhino hatches got a good chance to be used for this.
Also it could be used as a Battlewagon, if I leave the large top Rhino hatch detatchable. And do something with that, make it into a ramp or something.

Wow, it's been a while sinds I last posted here....
But now that I'm better again, got glasses, and went on our honymoon, I can get building again slowly..
The misses gat me a Gorkanaut in London. So I'll get that build first...

It's been a while, but finaly got some building done.
The Gorkanaut is gonne be pretty out off the box up untill the arms.
A'm fiddling a bit with the legs to get a bit of a higher stance, and get some semblance of movement in the model. GW did most of the work, exept for a little cutting at the knee's..

Also my first one on one game is comming up on wensday.

Just finishing the paint on the "Grot motivators".
Some Grots are just not properly motivated when heading into battle without their lost brethren.

Except for the dakkajet that means everything has been painted, for the upcomming battle..

My opponent had 2 Exorcists, two squads, and a mounted HQ.

The transport got creamed in turn 2. The Exhorcist fire I recieved so far took 1 hp from a Killa kan, and one Death dread ...
In turn three I had claimed two markers, killed the HQ, and lost only a single killa kan and a grot tank..
Turn four I lost another two grot tanks and a pair of killa kans... My opponent lost an entire 15 sister troop squad..
In turn five my grots got charged by the remaining sisters, and gor their asses handed to them...
The Exorcist claimed the Mega dread...

Turn six realy went against me.. My warbos and the second Death dread got overwatched to death... That hurted..... By a troop squad of sisters...

But the remaining grots held on under two rounds of Exorcist fire, and one turn of troops firing on them....
To win, my oponent had to get that last unit dead or running, becaus I had first blood.. His one unit could claim only one marker, and that would not be enough for him to win....

Sweet victory...

Next week the week Eldar are comming to rumble....

Getting on with the Gorkanaut a bit.
Did the rear of the space behind the head. Closed it up a bit.
Modded the legs a bit for a more dynamic stance... Also cut tha lugg..

In my last few games I realy missed something that could take out planes..
So I gat going on my Loota's.. Here's the first one...

As I got so much positive reactions on my scratch build trooper, I made one a bit bigger as a Loota..

And here's Killa kan nr 17.
I had a body left over, and a huge pile of bits...
I like the general look, that's realy different from the GW ones...
One arm is magnatized for weapon swaps...
