Under the Rock, the DA fortress monastary.
2: Expunged
3: Fulgrim is a daemon primarch of She Who Thirsts
Possibly possessed by a greater daemon of Slaanesh, possible BL retcon, but open ended afaik.
4: Perturabo is a daemon primarch
5: Jaghatai Khan is fighting Dark Eldar or lost in the Warp
Rumoured to be in Commorragh in a gladatorialesque setting.
6: Leman Russ is lost to his pack but is fighting in the Warp
7: Rogal Dorn died in the black crusades
Debatable. Some people swear blind that his entire body was never recovered, may be MIA.

Dead. The most dead that anyone has ever been. The Emperor wiped his soul from existence.
17: Lorgar is a daemon primarch
18: Who the F knows
Vulkan is set to return when the Salamanders find all of his artefacts.
19: Corvis Corax cruising in the Eye of Terror
20: Alpharius was killed by Guilliman maybe and Omegan took over
Unclear, Guilliman killed someone who was thought to be Alpharius, but they are all Alpharius. Highly likely and widely agreed that he did kill one of the twins though.

Horus, slain on the Vengeful Spirit. His body was recovered by Abaddon, then later on it was stolen and experimented on by Fabius Bile. The body was then recovered again and ultimately destroyed by Abaddon.

Rogal Dorn is in fact dead. The fists recovered all of his body.
Fulgrim's almost certainly just a daemon primarch rather than possessed by a greater daemon.
Curze has also been confirmed as dead (see Soul Hunter).

Dorn isn't technically confirmed dead anymore, the Space Marine Novel by Ian Watson was retconned.
Also the type of ship he boarded wasnt around until the 36th millenium. So while he is almost gaurenteed dead, there is a chance some author might write otherwise.
However, until some other source of information comes along, he might as well be dead.

I heard that whilst a set of Imperial Fist's artifacts, including a skeleton and set of hand bones, were recovered from a escape pod after the boarding of the Sword of Sacriledge, it's held by some members of the Imperial fists that the remains are not his and his whereabouts are unknown. I don't know where I've heard this conflicting ideas, so don't quote me on this, but possibly from the novel 'Son's of Dorn' (Like amudkipz says, some say the Ian Watson novel 'Space Marine' hints at this).
@Sir Samuel Buca - On the subject of Jagatai Khan, I'd love to know where the idea of the gladiatorial fighting comes from.
As for Vulkan, he's pretty much in the same circumstance as Russ and Corax - out in the Galaxy fething up Chaos's day until the 'end-times' (when his artifacts are re-united)

Hmmm, sounds plausible - but would even a Primarch last that long in the pit? And if he was wounded, and was patched up by th eDE, would that not mean he would be tainted by Chaos as the DE worship/hate Slannesh? (Not sure on that last one)

I've no idea, it may not even be him, just a hint dropped by GW.

No. Dark Eldar hate Slaanesh and try to escape his clutches just as much as the Craftworld Eldar. They just have a less...ethical means of doing so. There have been a few DE who were dumb enough to try to deal with Slaanesh but for the most part she has no power in Commoragh.

That's fan fiction originating from the Warhammer Wikia site. Lexicanum, however, describes his death.
Dorn is dead: index astartes refers to him as such, and Space Marine confirms it, also.

@Just Dave + Bludbaff - Cheers for the info. To be honest, as far as the Imperial Fists theory goes, I used to read the 40K Wikia, before I found out that lots of it was fanfic, then I switched back to Lexicanum (which I had originally dropped because I thought the Wikia provided more info ). As for the DE thing - that was just a theory.
