Well, they are probably the fastest infantry in the game now, as they can move 6+D6" in movement, D6" in the Shooting Phase and still use their 2D6 Thurst move. None of this prevents them from firing either so they could be easy to underestimate in terms of speed.
The changes to Monofiliment really helps them too.

Hmmm, how does something like illic, 5 pathfinders and like 5 or so Warpspiders sound as allies to a DW army, that should help out a bit with the numbers.
EDIT: Hang on, only 3 shots, damn.... Hmmm I'm gonna have to think about it/get the codex

In case you are curious, I did do a blog on my own WarpSpider list. I have fielded a similar list since 5th and the new Codex changed things though a lot of it for the better.

I really like how the list looks to play in 6E. In particular, the Autarchs look like they will be 5 times more useful than they were before.

Just be careful with the Warp Jump Generators if the Autarch is alone, because if he rolls doubles while jumping by himself, he's the only model that can be removed.

I personally am loving the new warp spiders.
Cheaper per model, faster with jump + warp jump, then run/shoot or shoot/run followed by jump in the assault phase. Not forgetting ap1 for every wound roll of 6 they get!
With decent rolls (easier to get with fleet) one unit could move 36" in a single turn while still shooting! Admittedly they would lose a random model to that though.
The only change I am not keen on is changing the dual death spinners to twin linked (odd seeing as they changed the wraithlord from having twin linked if you buy 2 of the same weapons to having 2 seperate ones).
With fast shot, that means he only gets 3 shots (admittedly twin linked so he will never miss) at ap1 on 6's to wound. I am tempted to try the spinneret rifle with fast shot for 2 s6 shots with auto ap1. Depends on points (not sure as codex is at home).

In fact it is more risky now because the Codex actually specifies that the model is removed randomly, rather than just leaving it up to interpretation that you get to choose. So there is a tiny-but-not-zero chance that the Exarch or Autarch is the one thats made to disappear.
With fast shot, that means he only gets 3 shots (admittedly twin linked so he will never miss) at ap1 on 6's to wound. I am tempted to try the spinneret rifle with fast shot for 2 s6 shots with auto ap1. Depends on points (not sure as codex is at home).
Don't forget that its a Rapidfire weapon now.... admittedly a 12" range (so 6" RF), but it does mean you can deepstrike and potentially pound a vehicle with 4 BS5 s7 ap1 shots, or waste a couple of terminators with just the Exarch alone. Risky deepstrike though.

4 shots? Fast shot only gives you one more shot that normal, so even when it rapid fires, it would just be 3 shots.
