According to the roadmap they had released for beta, Phase 4 beta should be Open beta..

But yea, I bought Collectors edition, when the game was last out, im glad I don't have to pay again, except for a monthly fee.

I'm considering the CE for the PS3 version, but not sure yet. The idea is that I will play on the PC and my wife will play on the console.
