Anyone notice that average wages haven't been going up anywhere since 1977 when we hit peak wages?

There are a lot of reasons for that and most of them have nothign to do with immigration.

Are you referencing in terms of purchasing power? Because I've got to say in pure dollars if nothing has changed since the late 70's we'd all be to poor right now to buy some mac & cheese.
