Khorne is the God of Wrath.
Orks may kill people, but they aren't angry very often. If anything, Orks are Undivided, leaning towards Slaanesh as a race.

Of course not. Orks lean towards Gork and Mork as a race.

That's right, Orks in all respect are the epitome of True Neutral in the D&D Alignment grid. They aren't good, but they aren't evil, they just are. They fight because that's all they know, they fight whoever they feel like or who ever they could find. Sometimes they go out of their way to find a fight or "gud gubbins ta loot" but they don't really serve anyone but themselves.
Orks fight, therefor they are...
Also Gork and Mork are the most baddass gods, they'd beat all four of the major Gods of Chaos senseless.

They're Chaotic Neutral, not True Neutral by any definition, lol.

Given the mass slaughter they gleefully partake in, Orks are chaotic evil through and through.

While I'd say Orks don't fit any of the alignments properly, chaotic neutral is probably the closest. I wouldn't say they're evil-- they aren't truly malicious so much as they just love fighting and war so much that they cannot even begin to comprehend the alternative of peace. Given the choice between landing on an endless battlefield full of veteran soldiers and very little else, and landing on a peaceful, low-populated agg-world with no defenses, they'd choose the war-world every time.

eh, I think they're pretty malicious. consider how they treat weaker members of their own clans, how they happily slaughter non-combatants, etc.
I agree that you can't easily apply labels like "good" and "evil" to orks, but you can definitely say they're malicious

How they treat non-combatants varies between writers. Some writers have them leave non-combatants alone because they're looking for a proper fight, others have htem enslave non-combatants to work factories while the Orks go off to war (so... basically the same as the Imperium), others have them slaughter them in a pointless blood-rage. I suspect all of these can be true depending on the warboss.

I thought they basically retconned the Tau not having a strong warp presence? Or at least they never touch on it in the new Codex that I recall. They change a lot of stuff each book so it's almost impossible to keep things straight (e.g. Eldrad is alive again in the new Codex).
But Chaos vs. Imperium has been a big deal since the Rogue Trader days (with the Realm of Chaos books). Before that .... not so much.

That wasn't a retcon. They don't have a strong warp presence. But that doesn't make them resistant or immune to the warp.
