What is your longest 40k binge as in painting modeling for an exessive amount of time?
Mine is only a mere 4 hours start to finish with a combination of painting plague marines and a defence line.

I'd have to say 6 hours... 4 or 5 was painting firewarriors... the other hour or two was assembling some space marine stuff. It would have gone longer but I ran out of stuff to work on.

12+ hours without breaking a sweat. 11 hour sit down start to finish on Eldrad. Several days of 12+ hour sit downs in clipping, cleaning up, and building marine troops and vehicles. I think I have a problem.... HAHA

Man...this s**t just got real

I know its not 40k technically but for me each terminator in space hulk took me about 7 hours a piece, each time sat there for the best part of a day.

Not much. If we're not counting "stopping to do other things, like smoke or get another beer" then maybe 5 hours.

My longest was when I worked on my first Conversion model. It was Skulltaker on a Chariot.

Took about 3 hours a day over the course of a couple weeks.

So Three hours over here.

Two days without sleep.

I then checked my models and holy hell some of them got ugly as I got shaky hands.

I'm pretty sure at least one Swarmlord now smells permanently of Coffee.

My longest binge is around seven hours spent on building Terumgaunts(60 was the number) and priming and then starting to paint. After almost seven hours I was so worn out I fell asleep n my chair

As far as building goes, I think around 14 hours doing a ton of terrain at once after we decided our home table was too boring using boxes and books and cans.

As far as painting? Around 10 hours straight once, though the last few models were rather sloppy. I tend to do it in 3 hour shifts now if I am going to binge paint.

Building, I know I did a binge a few months ago on a Saturday and knocked out a slew of models (around 60 CSM and Orks and a the 2 bastion/3 defense line kit) over about a 12 hour period.

Painting, I'm such a slacker, but my last big painting work, I did a unit of plaguebearers and a GUO, prime to finish, in about 7 hours.

my longest was around 9 hours. Would have been longer but i was airbrushing at the time. I airbrushed for so long during those 9 hours that my compressor caught on fire....in my closet...at 1am. wife was going to sleep so she put my compressor in the closet to minimize sound. i forgot it was in there and started to smell smoke. open the door and BAM, fire on my compressor so I grabbed the closest hoodie, scooped it up, and ran to the kitchen door and threw it into the backyard. I havent used that one since.

I was really bored yesterday, so not counted a half hour to get some food in the evening, I got around 15 hours of painting done.

Got 20 Steel Legion done and a platoon of Flames of War Paratroopers. It was a good day.

A couple summers ago I spent whole days just painting up Orks, but I stopped for lunch and dinner and took breaks and stuff so I don't know if that counts.

One time, while I was sick with the flu, I spent 10 hours playing DoW2.

I don't really remember much of it, but apparently I beat the SM, Eldar, and IG campaigns in one go? Previously I had only beaten the Ork campaign.

Or do you mean tabletop? I don't even know, it's been so long.

went to Forbidden planet And grabbed close on £200 quids worth of X-wing. But got £40 off the total so was £158 in total. (girls friends Cousin works there and gets 20% discount)

But after getting home opening up everything and playing about 3-4 small starter battles to learn the game we carried on playing. What ended up being a 16 hour session of X-wing. Must of played tha majority of the missions and special missions. Plus a Large 400 point battle that took nearly 4 hours. Thats about as insane as I got with playing a tabletop game.

Painting wise I will normally only do 2 hour sessions. Will have an epic building session going on soon after a trip to buy a ton of forge world from nottingham. I expect that to be well over a day lol.

Probably 8 - 10 hours in one sitdown when I first started on my Necron army. Their ease to paint allows one to finish an absurd amount of work in that time frame.

When 6th edition dropped i spent almost 48 hours at my FLGS puttin together some Tau, and watching a couple 4v4 battles that took ages to complete.

Slightly off topic, but that 4v4 battle made me laugh, both sides just picked up their armies and put them on the long ass tabel across from each other, except for the one guy playing Tau, he set his stuff up all over his teams deployment to actually, you know, work as a team, and they won, by a landlside

Tyranids will consume the universe!!! There is no chance for survival!!
.........eventually anyways.........
