If you don't see anything in the news and rumors sub-forum or in this thread, then there aren't any rumors I'm afraid.
According to one reliable rumor monger, they will follow Space Marines. That would put them in 1Q2014 (Jan-Mar).

Some rumours on The Tyranid Hive, (copied from BoLS) is maybe Nov/Dec. I believe it would be either November, or early 2014.
http://thetyranidhive.proboards.com/thread/43594/new-dex-nov-dec
Suppose to be after Space Marine release but as usual take with a grain or dose of salt.
BTW where does taking with a grain of salt suppose to really mean?

It means the statement is only worth a grain/pinch of salt, dating from back when salt was a highly valued commodity. Anyone who uses a large amount of salt for this statement is doing it wrong, as that means the statement is very trustworthy. Instead the less salt, the more skepticism you should give it.

The etymology of the phrase "take that with a grain of salt" comes from a belief that food tastes better, and/or is easier to swallow, with a bit of salt. It's also drawn from a text regarding a cure for poison including a grain of salt.
In its usage in this case, the "salt" is skepticism. It is to say, "here is what is said/written, but I don't believe some/all of it".

Well, Tyranids need salt too. Humans can't be very tasty without it.
From that link
Tyranids
Also, news on the Tyranids hit this week with news that Tyranids are after Space Marines, putting them in November/December timeframe. The rumors also indicate a large plastic monstrous creature, which makes sense with both Tau and Eldar receiving a new big kit.
Specifically the new kit is said to be sized in comparison to the Tyrannofex as a Wraithknight is to a Wraithlord
Honestly, I find that complete garbage, if only because GW doesn't do unbased monstrous creatures, and the oval base is the biggest base they have. The Tyrannofex already just about fails to fit on the oval base. The scale given here would put the new monstrous creature as bigger than a Heirophant, which... just isn't going to happen.

Probably Hyperbole unless it's secretly talking about a Warlord titan equivalent for the Tyranids in Apoc rather than the sorta reaverish we cap out at.

The Wraith knight is almost as big as a Revenant Titan, which can actually one shot it with a D strength weapon.

honestly i'd like to see something like a bigger carnifex. just a huge close combat beast. But i guess that role is pretty filled already. Why do i get the feeling the supposed "new model" will just be a Mycetic spore, not that i wouldn't mid having one. At present i use origami lotus flowers i made Maybe a dominatirx. I've heard about a supplement for tyranids, that they will be getting a genestealer cult supplement possibly something akin the recent GW tourny rules we saw at Warhammer World.

Keep in mind that something standing could be quite a bit bigger than a Tyranno and still on an oval.

I seriously hope GW just go with a Harpy and Mycetic spore as the new plastics and be done with it, the Carnifex is a Hall of Fam sculpt and should be left alone and we don't need any more. Add in plastic Tyranid prime and maybe Doom and Parasite for flavour but we really have all all our other models and don't need many more. This is all the units we need, just need them edited slightly. Mostly its BRB issues like Skyfire blasts not hitting flyers even when shot from a Flyer or FMC.

It will most likely be the harpy. It's our one dedicated flyer we don't have a model for, and it's the only thing I can think of that runs on an oval, that we do not have.

I can't really see them doing a Prime model, it just seems like you can make on so easily where as a Harpy takes a little more conversion so that makes sense. But then again GW doesn't always make decisions that make sense

I bet they nerf the Doom and or change my Harpies. Both I use. What if Flyrants get more expensive?
I am also happy w/ my Plasma hatcher spore pods. I can't see them not making a spore pod model.
If they change the impaler cannon then I'll just cry all the time but never really know why.

Well, you have the flyer point dead on. It's our only one, and without a model, and it would have to be an oval base. As for the plastic HQ and metal kit going plastic, there is one problem. We only have 1 HQ without a model, and that's the Parasite. The Prime technically has a model, since it is similar to the warrior genus. On the metal end of it, we have no models in metal, so consider what that would mean. Most likely a new Finecast/Plastic model to compensate. If anything, We will wind up with the Harpy, Parasite of Mortrex, and Doom of Malan'tai simply to round out the greater range. I mean, lets face it. You realize the money they would make with an official Doom model.
