So I have made a new game mode based of the video game mode Search & Destroy. The rules follow.
Army Points:
-This mode functions best at 200 point, but the final choice belongs to you and your opponent.
-The force organisation is:
Mandatory:
1Troops
or 2 HQs
Optional:
1 HQ
1 Troops
1 Fast Attack
1 Elite
Special Rules:
-Every model functions as total separate unit. Each unit fires, is fired upon, charges, etc. by their self.
-The Attackers always deploy and have first turn. There is no "Stealing the Initiative".
-Both sides deploy from the middle of their table edge in a 12 inch radius.
-The game last ten turns.
Mission:
-The two sides are either Attackers or Defenders (determined prior to set-up).
-The goal of the game for the Attackers is to bring the Bomb Kit and plant it to either one of the Bombs. The Defenders goal is to stop this at all cost, even their own lives.
Bombs/Objectives:
-The Defender places two Objectives (or Bombs) after the sides have been chosen.
-The Bombs can be any marker, roughly the size of trunk or a large die.
-The Bombs must be between 6-18 inches from the Defenders board edge.
-The Bombs can't be any closer than 6 inches to each other.
Bomb Kit Rule:
-The Bomb Kit can be any marker to show its placement on the battlefield.
-During deployment the Attackers give the Bomb Kit to a model in their army.
-The Bomb Kit doesn't affect its carriers movement at all. They can still preform any action. If the Bomb Kit Carrier is killed, or otherwise it put out of the game, the Bomb Kit is dropped where its hero died.
-To pick the Bomb Kit up, a model has to (in any phase) move over it to pick it up. The model does not need to stop its movement on it, just pass over it.
Bomb Planting:
-To plant the Bomb, the Attackers must bring their model with the Bomb Kit in to base contact with the Bomb.
-The model can't take any other action in its turn besides forms of movement (moving, running, turbo-boosting, etc.)
-To plant the Bomb the model has to remain next to the Bomb for the following opponent turn. After the model has done so the Bomb is planted and the fighter is free to do as it pleases.
-When one Bomb is planted the other becomes inactive and serves no purpose for the remaindered of the game.
-The Bomb is active for three turns after being planted, starting with the turn it was finished being planted. If the the third turn passes and the fourth turn begins, the bomb explodes.
-When the bomb is planted the turn system is removed and no longer plays a role (this means the game could go past the ten turn limit if a bomb is planted).
Bomb Defusing:
-If the Bomb is planted, it's up to the Defenders to defuse it.
-Any Defending model can defuse the bomb.
-To defuses the active Bomb, the Defenders must bring any model in to base contact with the Bomb.
-The model can't take any other action in its turn besides forms of movement (moving, running, turbo-boosting, etc.)
-To defuse the active Bomb any Defending model has to remain next to the Bomb for the following opponent turn. After the model has done so the Bomb is defused and can not be replanted.
To Win (Attackers):
-The bomb goes off.
-All of the Defenders are dead while the bomb is planted.
To Win (Defenders):
-Turn ten passes.
-The Bomb is defused.
-All of the Attackers are dead while the bomb isn't planted.
My Advice:
-Using large dice as the Bombs works well as they can also be used to count down their time limit.
-Because of the low number of units, there is more room for narrative as I finds it enhances the game.

That's pretty cool, I know I'll be trying to convince my group to play this with me, but for future reference, don't mention Call of Duty its connotations "degrade" the integrity of your posts (actually it's just nerds who think they're too good for a game focused on big screen moments and great gameplay rather than a deep story), rather just refer to first person shooters in general.

I thinking I'll need some help with the force org. I agree its needed but I cant think of what? I'm think Maybe two troops (one mandatory), one elite (optional), one fast attack (optional). This is just an idea but think it could work.

Mandatory: 1Troops or 2 HQs Optional: 1 HQ 1 Troops 1 Fast Attack 1 Elite The reason for two HQs is because my mind just flashed back to "Army of Two" (sorry for so much video game stuff on Dakka) and thought how cool it would be to have two Heroes fighting desperately to save city/world/everything.
