I know they have something called a "heat ray" or something like that, but I don't know if that would be a flamer or a melta (or something else completely).
Like watching other people play video games (badly) while blathering about nothing in particular? Check out my Youtube channel: joemamaUSA!

Actually both. The Heat Ray has 2 fire modes, one Melta-like and the other like a heavy flamer.
Iirc they also have some templates in the HQ-wargear.
Playing mostly Necromunda and Battletech, Malifaux is awesome too!
If I remember correctly, we have 3 possibles flamers:
- Triarch Stalker has the Heat Ray. One of the modes can be a flamer
- HQ gear: A gauntlet that re-rolles misses in melee and has a flamer profile
- Despairtek: Their weapon is a flamer that hits against the target's LD, not T and it's AP2. Usually is with Deathmarks for combo.

Hmmm... Darn. The Heat Ray is too large for what I want. Do the Abyssal Staff or Gauntlet of Fire have any models with that as an actual weapon, or at least any artwork of what they're supposed to look like, or are they just convert your own wargear options?
I know that. I just didn't realize it was like that until I looked at the 360 just now. Had only seen it from the front before and the assumption would be that that simply Was his hand, not that he was wearing a larger hand over his normal one.
Think I may just go with trying to build a smaller version of the Heat Ray for what I want to do though. It's a cool looking gun.
