I had an army list I posted and someone said

also get some salamder - march and fire!

How do they do that, I can't seem to see what allows it.

They are skirmishers. Skirmishers can march and fire.
Razordons have a specific rule that states they cannot march and fire.

If they really wanted to balance the two, they should reverse this in the next book.
Razordons really could use march and fire, and salamaders are good enough without it.
