I decided to put all my cultists in 1 place. I'm planning on a 'no mans land' theme for the bases. So if anyone can recommend a way of making barbed wire I'm all ears.

what russian about them?

Some of them have a uniform very similar to the ww2 Russian uniform so I just carried on the colour scheme.

You can buy barbed wire from ebay , for example:

or there are tutorials to make your own out of jewellery wire (again, ebay) which are easy and can look more 'authentic'.

Army painter razorwire comes up quite nice if rusted/bloodied, its not overly cheap buy you get a fair amount with it.

Nice minis , really effective paint job although IMO the flesh tone is very similar to the clothing on a couple of these maybe try re highlighting after your wash stage.

I want to make my own barbed wire so thanks for the ideas guys. I shall have a butchers later and see what I can find.

If I remember correctly there was a thread in the Blogs section - Muddy Times Death Korps of Kreig or something similar and the author had a tutorial on how to make barbed wire.
