Ya'll know those crappy online games that are always advertised in side bars? How they always have a version with explosions and stuff and one with half naked women? Well, I found what appears to be a space marine with a texture from Firestorm Over Kronus/Kaurava in one of the ads.

What's up with that? The game link takes you to a game that appears to not even remotely resemble 40k, and you cant tell me that isnt a 40k marine.

They may have trouble in tracking down the actual "developers" (ugh, don't really want to use that word when describing such a lacksadaisical excuse for a game). Contacting and starting action against an advertiser is simple enough, but only if there's only one advertiser.
Also, this *IS* GW who don't exactly seem to have massive stock in the Internet at large. Ebooks are a recent step in the right direction but if they were truly aware of the goings-on in the Web, we'd be seeing the rumour mill and upcoming releases from GW themselves.

Evony was a web game a few years ago that had famously insane clickbait ads that had nothing to do with the game and were mostly stolen from other IPs, box art, etc. It started as generic RPG art and worked its way up to underwear shots obviously cropped from porn boxes.
