So I recently learned that the loincloth things on the Dark Eldar is actually flayed flesh. I was wondering where does it come from?
Is it theirs or is it another trophy?

Slaves.

Lots of slaves.

Also captured enemies (ie slaves...) or ones that made them work at it a little.. The best cloth comes from the bodies that are still trying not to share, as it's more supple that way

DE are twisted... That's kind of the point. The Incubi wear shattered Eldar soulstones also, which is even more twisted...

it could be theirs, I mean hey it might be kind of fun to flay your own thigh and then wear it as a skirt(you never know until you try) but it is most likely that of some high being they captured and then tortured

It's equally possible it's an enemies, their own, or a pet/slave/nearby fleshy thing.

Remember, their armor is kept in place on them through serrated hooks into their skin and musculature. They're not exactly shy when it comes to self mutilation.

Any race that has skin that can be harvested... most likely eldar, dark eldar, humans and tau have been flayed in the past as well....
