While not wanting to sound rude I just want to set a few ground rules before we start, I'm new to War machine and therefore obviously don't have many models, in fact I only have 15 points and that is what I will list shortly, therefore telling me to drop a certain model or change it to something else is not acceptable.

While suggestions on what to do at a later time, when I have more models maybe helpful, right now I'm not interested (don't mean to be harsh).

So this is what I have:

Stryker (basic commander)
Sentinel (playing body guard for Stryker and has done very well in the one game i have had using him)
Charger (nearly killed my opponents Stryker just couldn't quite finish him off)
Ironclad
Lancer

Easy answer on how to get to 25 from that list is Gun Mages + UA, plus Strangeways. Gun mages are one of those purchases that provide a large bang for your buck in that they run well with pretty much all of the different Cygnar casters and require little to no outside support. You will likely us them many lists in the future.

Jack Marshal the Charger with the UA, and have Strangeways feed it a focus each turn to get the second shot.

But the charger is still operating well below it's best...and you'd want to use the UA to give it the second shot, and Arlan's focus to use it's ability to spend a focus to boost both to hit and damage, since the Jack Marshall can't do that.

I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...

That's the problem with the Charger in general, it's going to have to run well below it's best with a lot of the Cygnar caster's because they simply can't fuel it well turn after turn, and support the rest of their army, which to me is far more important. Don't get me wrong, when I first started playing Cygnar I LOVED that little jack, and it seemed like it had so much potential, but I haven't fielded one in a very very long time now. To get the most out of it, it needs 3 focus on turns when it's taking shots, and that just isn't feasible 90% of the time, especially with Stryker who should be upkeeping at least 2 of his 3 upkeeps, and in this case would still have 3 jacks under his control. You're right on using the Jack Marshal ability to get the second shot on the ROF though, I had forgot that was one of the things you can do with them. I blame it on still being awake at 5 am, and it also shows exactly how little ROF2 shooting I ever use with one.
