Jack Marshal the Charger with the
UA, and have Strangeways feed it a focus each turn to get the second shot.
But the charger is still operating well below it's best...and you'd want to use the
UA to give it the second shot, and Arlan's focus to use it's ability to spend a focus to boost both to hit and damage, since the Jack Marshall can't do that.
That's the problem with the Charger in general, it's going to have to run well below it's best with a lot of the Cygnar caster's because they simply can't fuel it well turn after turn, and support the rest of their army, which to me is far more important. Don't get me wrong, when I first started playing Cygnar I LOVED that little jack, and it seemed like it had so much potential, but I haven't fielded one in a very very long time now. To get the most out of it, it needs 3 focus on turns when it's taking shots, and that just isn't feasible 90% of the time, especially with Stryker who should be upkeeping at least 2 of his 3 upkeeps, and in this case would still have 3 jacks under his control. You're right on using the Jack Marshal ability to get the second shot on the
ROF though, I had forgot that was one of the things you can do with them. I blame it on still being awake at 5 am, and it also shows exactly how little ROF2 shooting I ever use with one.
