Unbelieveable setup. Everything is so crisp and characterful. On a related note, what company makes that Ranger's dog? It looks solid.

As some of you may know, I have started a second thread for Jericho's campaign. I intend to keep posting random model and diorama pics in this thread.

As always, your enthusiasm keeps me motivated to keep posting. To that end, here's Acererak from Tomb of Horrors - both in undead form and in true form. Will we ever be high enough level to face a demilich like Acererak in Jericho's campaign - only time will tell... At least the undead version model can be used to represent other undead hero-types.

Very nice job! I love the light-sourcing from his hand and eyes, gives the impression of some returned master of the arcane very well.

I may be a bit of a dolt but my search-foo is failing to find these figures. Who made them? I'd really like to chase down the lich figure.

Yes, there are female marines and my Sunhawks will explain it to you.

Your Google foo is weak

The lich was from a D&D Ltd edition box set, I was interested in the model as well. I've found a few of the boxes on ebay for £40, which put me off.

Yeah, it is. Thanks for the info but I have to agree - that price would put me off as well.

The faded emblems on the armor and shield...

All so fantastic...

@Alpharius and @GiraffeX Glad you guys like the models!

Now some Otherworld Miniatures undead painted by the supremely talented Bohun!

I absolutely love these old-school wights! When I played D&D way back in 1981, wights scared the crap out of me -that loss of an experience level each time they hit you was ridiculously scary! And these minis do justice to that fear! They are among my new select favorites in my whole collection!

And check out these fantastically painted skeletons!

And finally, a skeleton knight and some rare demihuman undead - an undead dwarf, an undead Halfling and an undead elf

Those wights fit Bohun's painting style perfectly. The skeletons are amazing, they are the best skeletons I've ever seen painted to be honest.

It's also quite exciting to see you with a Horus Heresy rulebook

In the 1E AD&D campaign I run, Wights are still a serious cause for concern!

Awesome stuff here, as always!

@GiraffeX I am glad you like the skeletons. Bohun will be painting more of them for me this month. I will post them once they are completed. Since you like Horus Heresy, here's Angron, the Primarch of the World Eaters Legion painted by Bohun for me:

Here's an action shot with him and a team of chaos terminators fighting some Eldar. I posted this previously, but I think it is hard to find pics in this large thread at this point.

Ana painted the large chaos engine. Bohun painted the chaos terminators, and Luksaz of MicroArtsStudios painted the elder.

@Alpharius As always, your enthusiasm for the pics keeps me posting more.

With that in mind, here are some old school (and anatomically correct) ghouls!

Two wraiths and two JuJu Zombies

Nicely done - and suitably terrifying!

Skeletons are often scoffed at my gamers - even lower level RPGers!

But these look...scary!

@Bobthehero Glad you like the model. Actual, as you can tell from the common insignia, many of these models are intended to be used as a town/castle/city guard..

Here are some more Redbox games miniatures that Seb painted for me. Again, these are intended to be used as a town/castle/city guard (except RothMartyn).

The Bastard HughBert

RothMartyn of the Dark Wold (Ranger/Mercenary/Assassin)

Here are some additional pics of the Dark Skies campaign. Sorn (me - the barbarian), Bludrak (drow-elf), Rasec (high elf wizard), and Emrys (human female paladin). A more detailed discussion is found in my other thread. These pics are higher definition, so you should be able to zoom in when looking at them in photobucket.

The caverns beneath the crypts.

The owlbear.

Meanwhile, Sorn has his hands full with two orcs.

@GiraffeX Agreed. RothMartyn is a fantastic mini and Seb did a fantastic job with him.

Here are a few more city guard -

And now - the new Sorn (or the newest Sorn - while this is my favorite barbarian so far, I may yet find another barbarian mini that I like better than this one and have to switch that one in for Sorn)

The Liche is very nice indeed, what are the two minis behind in the group pic.

You've probably said but I cant remember, they look like Wights.
