So what's the point of TikTaq'To's Mask of heavens? It gives his unit the ability to use his WS vs their own and some -1 to hit at shooting. Wasn't he treated as a champion previously?

Yup, he gives terradons in his unit his weaponskill.
You could have TikTaq join a unit of skink cohorts.
You have have other chiefs on terradons join the same cohort.
All those terradons would have his weapon skill.
As written, he can't actually join terradons.
Expect this to be FAQ'd. I'm hoping we get back the old, all chiefs can join any terradon rule.

I havent had access to the book yet, is that Chameleon special character still in the book and has he changed any?

If you dont short hand your list, Im not reading it.
Example: Assault Intercessors- x5 -Thunder hammer and plasma pistol on sgt.
or Assault Terminators 3xTH/SS, 2xLCs

3 shots from his magic blowgun. If he doesn't move, his poison is better.
He has the sniper rule.
Best case, he gets 3 Str 3, shots, with -1 for range/movement, -1 for multiple shots, and -1 for sniper.
I think you'll be very hard pressed to have him pan out... ever.

(sigh) the golden blowpipe of P'Toohee.
It seems a bit lazy to me that all the high magic spells are the same as the high magic ones. Yeah, it makes sense fluff wise, but i still think that they should of got a different signiture spell it something instead of it being identical to the other one.
