Farsight 165pts
O'Vesa 305pts
3x XV-8 team w/ Shas'vre w/ Fusion Blades, Warscaper Drone, Talisman and 2x Gun Drones, Shas'ui w/ 2x plasma gun, drone controller, and 2x Gun Drones and Shas'ui w/ 2x Fusion Guns, Target Lock, and 2x Gun Drones 320pts
6x Fire Warriors 54pts (who do not deploy and hide once they come in.
Draigo 275pts
10x Paladins w/ 4x Psycannons, Warding Staff, Brotherhood Banner, and Apothecary 750pts
Comes out to 1815 and sounds kind of like fun. 2 deathstars running side by side putting out a lot of firepower and taking a lot of shots, with Draigo in front of the Paladins and O'Vesa in front of the crisis team with Farsight should be fun and as an added bonus they are both scoring
I have an extra 35pts, I guess I could flush out the Paladins a little more.

Ouch.
Unless of course you run into a ork player fielding 90 boys, or a typical tyranid list. Those Tervigons could keep feeding you with endless gants and as long as the yet Tervigon doesn't engage you're done for.
A unit of ymargls to tie up your tau and you fight your game uphill...

Farsight doesn't have a point in your list. if you're running him to get access to O'Vesa but running no other riptides, you're really hurting yourself and those missile drones are junk and you can build a riptide from the elite slot with the same gear for the same cost. The only reason to run a farsight enclave list is to run all suits as troops, or to get access to the earth caste pilot array. Really, if you're going to go dual deathstar, do it right. (at 2k points, because draigoball is expensive ) Tau: HQ: Farsight -165 Shadowsun -135 Bodygard team - 491 ---6x with 2 guns and TL ---1x with C&C Node, MSSS, NSJ, Puretide, VRT Troops: 11 Kroot Snipers with 1 Hound - 82 11 Kroot Snipers with 1 Hound - 82 GK: HQ: Draigo - 275 Troops: 10 Paladin - 4 MC-psycannon, 5 storm bolter, 1 apothecary, 3 hammers, 1 banner, 6 halberds, psybolt ammo - 770 Total : 2000 Only downside is the suits don't score anymore, but you can use draigo's psychic power to keep them off the table longer (hopefully till turn 2), then re-roll the side they outflank on because of the hound. You can give the draigoball scouts or re-roll to wounds of 1. I would do scouts to close the initial gap to 18" instead of 24".

first off I should say I am glad that this thread has garnered some comments.
O'Vesa is only 25 points more than a standard Riptide with the same equipment, but he does have 3 systems as opposed to the standard 2 a Riptide can take. So take away EWO and the drones and you are saving 75pts. The big difference here is that O'vesa makes that scoring unit so durable. The drones aren't total junk as they will compliment the squad until they get in the fusion and plasma range.
Farsight isn't totally useless as he has his BS5 plasma gun a decent invuln save if I feel like shunting some of the wounds off of O'vesa and Ld10. That unit isn't breaking, I don't want them fighting in close but between O'vesa's Str10 smash, Farights AP2 I5 Str 5 Dawn Blade, and the Shas'vre with fusion blade they should be able to hold their own against most units.
The only problem with the changes you have made is that there is no range whatsoever. An while the Ion cannon and missile drones don't seem like much, its something at least.
It does look like fun at 2k though with Shadowsun as the Warlord giving shrouding and that 3d6 jump move
The problem with deathstars is that you can for the most part ignore them, but here is two very potent units and you can't ignore both of them.

The signature systems don't take up a slot for the riptide, so you could build it exactly as O'Vesa. I wasn't aware you were using O'Vesa to sit in the squad of XV-8's and protect them more. In fact, if you do that you should drop all the XV-8 drones and not attach farsight, as the unit will be majority T-6. If you keep the drones and add farsight, however, it will be majority T-4, allowing O'Vesa to get wounded very easily (not a good idea)

Divination making that unit reroll all hits.. its nasty, and if your lucky you could get another great power

A normal Tau gunline will obliterate this list. Markerlights + Ion Accelerators = Dead Farsun Bomb and Dead Paladins.
Also, O'Vesa is crap. You don't need FNP on an ECPA equipped Riptide. You're rerolling Nova AND 1's to hit (Gets Hot)...so your main source of wounds (yourself) is taken away. If you have 35 points to spare, give Stim Injector to one of the normal Ion Accelerator Riptides. An HBC Riptide should have EWO, VT and ECPA. That's it. 235.
Also, at 2k that's two FOC's that opponent's will be using a lot more effectively than you are. This list needs to be run at 1850. If this means min squads of firewarriors and a few less toys on the paladins so be it.
