Who thinks that the emperor needs to get a new hairdo?

I mean come on emperor. 1977 was 28203 thousand years before your heart even stopped. And ten thousand years later he is still sporting the same 'do?
I think that it's time whoever is looking after him prioritised and got in a hairdresser. Come on adeptus custodes, if you guys can take on everything from a hellish hoard of daemons to an endless hoard of orks, even this nightmare of a hairstyle shouldn't be to much of a challenge.
