I'm looking for a good grav gun counts as. I have 10 or so extra marines for my battle company so I'm planning on converting 6 to grav guns, 3 to combi gravs, and maybe 1 grav pistol... I've got the marines, just need the gun. Anyone know anything out there that is pretty close?

yup, but I don't think there are too many aftermarket ones quite yet.

Is that gun on the left side of the picture a grav gun? If so it seems like it would be easy enough to make one out of existing GW bits.

Alternatively you could probably get away with using the Volkite weapons from Forgeworld. They aren't available rules-wise outside the Horus Heresy lists, so less chance of getting them confused.

You could try a place like Hasslefree. They do all kinds of moden/sci-fi guns.
