No it is NOT competitive. Don't mean to be rude, but it is one of the worst deathstar lists that I have ever seen.

Well, thank you so much for your input. Would you mind helping a brother out and explaining why and how to fix it? or is a no, you suck and your list sucks all you got?

I don't really know Necrons well, but I know that you do not have enough troops. With this edition having 5/6 of the missions objective based, 2 bare bone squads won't cut it.

I make bad decisions and think they are good.

Sure, I'd be happy to. Here are the problems:
1. With the exception of the deathstar, you've got no mobility.
2. Your 2 troop choices are too easy to kill.
3. Very poor shooting.
4. Assault is actually very mediocre. Any horde army will tie down the unit. You cannot veil out of combat.
5. Very poor offense. If you teleport, you can't assault on that turn.
6. No balance.
7. Your deathstar actually isn't all that resilient. It can get torrented to death by more shooty armies.
8. If you mishap with your teleportation, it could very well be game over.
Necron deathstars do not make a good army. The best deathstar they've got IMO is a mini-deathstar - the wraithstar with 6x wraiths and a Destroyer Lord. Otherwise, go for a more balanced necron army with at the very least, better shooting and mobility.
Automatically Appended Next Post: BTW, here are some of the better units in the army:
Immotehk
Zandrehk
Overlord
Destroyer Lord
Crypteks
Warriors in Night Scythes
Warriors in Ghost Arks
Deathmarks in Night Scythes
Scarabs
Wraiths
Spyders
Annihilation Barges
Using just those units can make you a very balanced and competitive necron army. You are not limited to those units, however. I always encourage people to use units that they like. You just need to find a balance between your favorite units and the units that are actually good.

Competitive? No. Your entire army numbers just 24 models, where 12 of them are HQ. You lack the damage output to deal with any horde army, and your deathstar will be shot down relatively easily compared to how many points it is.
If I were you, I'd add in another 30 warriors and a couple of ghost arks. Have one unit of 20 warriors footslogging, accompanied by Nemesor Zandrekh along with a Harbinger of the Storm with Lightening Field.
Shove 10 warriors in each of the Ghost Arks (or swap a warrior out for a Lord with res orb, sempiternal weave, MSS, warscythe) And keep them close to the 20 man squad so as to replenish its numbers if you can.
In my experience, that 20 man squad tends to never go down, any opponent foolish enough to open fire into them tends to kill a few, which then get up or are repaired by the Ghost Arks, rendering his shooting useless.
You'd now have mobility with the Ghost Arks, expanding your threat range and ability to claim distant objectives.
For keeping the warrior squad out of combat, I normally take a squad of 6 wraiths (normally with Whip Coils), along with a Destroyer Lord with Sempiternal weave and MSS. This squad never lets me down, and consistently earns its points back. They've tied down that one squad that makes it uncomfortably close, and also taken over enemy Quad-Gun emplacements keeping my flyers safe and using my opponents own guns to shoot down their own flyers.
Other units I've had success with include Doom Scythes (Cutting a line through HQ squads is priceless), Night Scythes, Deathmarks, Annihilation Barges and Imotekh. Honestly the main thing I'd avoid is shoving too many points into HQ and upgrades for HQ.

Since it seems people here don't know too much about what they are talking about I will help you out with building a competitive disco dance inferno since I have won a tourney with them and took 2nd in another.
1. You have too much invested into your lords. You only need about 2 phase shifters, anymore then that and they get too expensive. Run them naked with just a warscythe and phase shifter and kit the other three out with semp weaves.
2. You have unneeded crypteks. The only 2 you really need are a chronotek for a reroll, and a veiltek for increased mobility, but seeing as how you already have obyron you won't need a veiltek.
3. Too many HQ's. Obyron and zandy don't meed to be in a RC they make it too much of an investment and their utility for their points is mediocre in a RC for what they cost. Drop them or give them a place to be other then the RC.
4. Not enough power besides the RC. Get some more scoring in their. Toss those warriors in NS to protect them and get some more guys like teslamortals if you want something on foot, otherwise take some warriors in NS. Get some Anni Barges in their, not only are they great in general but they are the only ones you can really afford to take in a RC list.
If I were to make one at this level it would look something like this, you can adjust it how you like but this RC is the kind I find most effective for its points.
Trazyn (cuz he scores, is near unkillable, and solves the horde problem people seem to think you have)
RC
2 Lords MSS Weave Warscythe (absorbs non-plasma)
2 Lords Phase Shifter Warscythe (absorbs plasma)
Lord Weave Orb Warscythe (survivability)
Chronotek (rerolls are awsome)
Veiltek (mobility)

GumyBear,
Perhaps you can enlighten me on how such a list works. The only way I can see this list winning is to de-emphasize the deathstar and take a lot more supporting units, especially warriors in nightscythes (like, 3-4 of them). Then, no matter what happens to your deathstar, you can still do the objective grab in the end.
Yes, the deathstar is dangerous. However, it is also more easily avoided than most deathstars. Without any shooting or the ability to assault after teleporting, I really can't see them doing much. Veteran players who know how to play against deathstar lists should be able to easily handle such a list. The only real problem they will have will be in shooting down your flyers to prevent you from dropping troops in the end.

Then you run spreading out as far as possible while still gaining ground. I usually have some wraiths with me to back up the court zooming up one flank and anni barges to boot. You close in on the enemy and either divide and conquer or box in important parts of their army.then t2 the fliers come in and cause some truoble while the RC and wraiths go to work on some poor unit(s). It tends to cause people to panic when you have a full RC and a full group of wraiths with a Dlord ready to assault t2.
