Have you played this against Tau?
While I see this doing fine against most, I could see it really struggling against Tau. At least that was my experience running similar things.

It was probably me, but I couldn't seem to keep the Lord & the Wraiths alive long enough if I went 2nd.
While using the Destroyer Lord for a 2+ worked to help the wraiths some, it was still easy enough to pour enough T4 wounds to drop the squad.

Hmm... I see, I imagine you have to do alot of out manoeuvring with the wraith unit

I typically would move it behind cover and try to get it out of LOS. Riptides can throw out S8 AP2 templates pretty easily and Broadside blobs can throw out 24x S7 + 12x S5 shots. Taking two rounds of shooting + buffed over watch I didn't stand much of a chance.

I think Tau are a hard counter to the wraiths. However, at 1000pts the AB will be doing significant damage, so I wouldn't change the list just for Tau.

I went to a 1000pts competition at the start of this year. The winner of it ran the following list:
Destroyer lord MSS weave
5 warriors night scythe
5 warriors night scythe
6 wraiths
6 wraiths
Annihilation barge
I didn't play him, but in between rounds I talked to him and he tabled a chaos daemon army, back when it was the last codex with 2 units of flamers and 2 units of screamers. But this is just an idea if it helps, so now you have 2 threats flying down the board.

I'll consider that list, it could work theoretically, and has been shown to work

I prefer your original list tbh.
Nothing against the power of wraiths, but triple AB is more flexible.
If I was going to do anything to your original list I'd try and squeeze a couple of spyders and a unit of scarabs in.
So, swap Dlord for Overlord with MSS (Save 55 pts). Drop AB (90pts), drop coils (30pts) Total saving 175pts. Add 2 Spyders plus 5 scarab bases.
so the list would be
Overlord (MSS)
5xWarriors (Night Scythe)
5xWarriors( Night Scythe)
6xWraiths
5xScarabs
2xSpyder
2xAB
Now you have 2 fast threats heading up the board, Spyders spawn an additional 2 bases in T1, use wraiths for cover for scarabs.
As a bonus you also have 2 MC which gives you HoW plus Smash options.

It would be quite nice to test that list as I have never really used scarabs before, Never thought of using the wraiths as cover for them either
Thanks

Scarabs are the business (still!). At higher point levels, combine with Zandrekh and give them furious charge...now you have a 5 attacks each base on the charge, with entropic strike, fearless thrown in. Plus they are fast.
Have fun with them!
