An existing client of mine wanted some more Imperial Fists added to his army. This time round its Drop Pods, Sternguards, Scouts and a Thunderfire Cannon. They were all painted to our 'standard' quality level.

Finally got to take the airbrush out for the drop pods - what a pleasure to use (and did I mention time saver!).

A big problem I've always had with yellow armies is that they (the painters) use an ochre yellow basecoat and then highlight with a golden yellow. With no blending I find that it doesn't work that well

I like it, I think its the just the right hue of yellow for the IF. Its a challenging color scheme to get right without looking goofy and you did it very well!
