Just another quick kit bash to create a Techmarine on a Bike for my DA force. Any critiques or ideas are more than welcome. I didn't go with very many DA bits, for fear of being too busy. I'm still thinking of adding a little something extra to the model, but don't know what exactly would improve it. Perhaps a servo skull somewhere?

You've hit the only real complaint I have about these FW bikes. There's very little room to put a chapter symbol on and have it look right. :/

Still, it's a pretty good job getting your Techmarine done up right like that.

Yeah that's an ace looking conversion. Those FW bikes really lend themselves to the feel of a techmarine

Thanks. Ya the first thing I thought of when I saw those bikes, was that they had a cool Techmarine vibe to them. After doing this one, I like them so much that it's hard to resist doing more of them in the army, but I think it'd look cool to have the Techmarine on a unique bike in the army, rather than a few of them scattered throughout.

And it's correct that there's not really a lot of room to add markings or badges or anything on the bikes without it looking out of place.

Thanks! I figured if I was gonna have a character riding around, giving a couple land raiders a 4++, why not do it with a character that can repair them too?

Can you add an 'AAA' stick on his rear bumper?

If you rubbed the RW symbol over a file and made it thinner then it literally wouldn't stick out so much.
Where it did stick out like at the front you have two options.
Make it really thin and bend it over the edge.
Keeping it flat and use greenstuff to fill in the gap between the symbol and the top of the bike faring.

You could also put the symbol in a different place like on one or both handlebar guards as the RW symbol comes facing both ways does it not?

Thanks for the advice, I'll see if I can improve that.
