Subject: Terminator-scale Bionics(legs in particular)?

We'll find out soon enough eh.

Anyone know where to get some Terminator-scaled bionics, most urgently legs? I know about the arms from Anvil Industries and have a set on the way to check them out, but if I'm ever going to finish my Artscale Iron Hands I need to source a LOT of big bionic bitz.

Sorry to say that bu i haven't seen any terminator sized bionics other than the anvil industry ones. If you want some you probably have to convert them yourself. The guy here : http://www.warseer.com/forums/showthread.php?284338-Iron-Hands-Commission used the maxmini bionic set and added them onto a terminator leg stump to make them longer. Maybe you could do the same. This is the set he used: http://maxmini.eu/index.php?route=product/product&path=59_66&product_id=60 And there is a detailed tutorial how to create bionic legs from scratch here: http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/topic/195209-bionics-how-i-do-it/

What, you mean the ones I specifically referred to as already having ordered in the OP?
Thanks for the suggestion btl, I'll consider it a bit, but at first glance they look to be a bit on the thin side.
Are there any tutorials for making the things? I've tried in the past and they always ended up looking like arse.

What i did on a few of my marines was cut/sand a part of the leg flat, glue some wires and other thin bits on and add greenstuffed details over it. But this is more like a bionic leg inside a normal armor just lightly poking out.
If you use normal bionic legs and bulk them up with plasticard and GS armor plates it might look not as flimsy.
And just recently i did those. I cut a set of legs in half, replaces on leg with a wire and sculpted mechanical stuff around it. And i also used plasticard rods and stuff. But it isn't that easy to pull off in a decent looking way because sculpting sharp edges can get tricky. It depends on your GS skills.
(Shameless plug: Maybe you could add bionics to the collection of ideas for my "commission-testrun" i'm planing to do here: http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/360/511239.page#5993888 )
