Subject: Guard Chaos theme?

'lo thar
I'm going to go guard for my next army as they can ally with both my BA and CSM.
However I wanted to theme them at chaos worshippers. My CSM are tzeetnch themed with CSD allies and some TS. I know that there aren't many Tzeentch traitor guard so I'm wondering if anyone knows of any at all, or possible substitutes that would work well with them.
Colour scheme opinions are more than welcome, however proper armies with pre existing fluff are preferred.
Still, any help welcome though
Thanks, The tallest giraffe

So you don't have any fluff problems with a Chaos-worshipping Guard army allying with Blood Angels? (I realise it's fine rules-wise, as they'll count-as normal Guard.)
Personally I'd go for a slightly different approach - a Guard army that can represent either loyalist Guard, or a Guard army only recently turned traitor:
- the 'ordinary' troops would be in ordinary IG uniforms with no chaos symbols etc, blindly obeying orders as always
- additionally you'd have two sets of officer models, using the appropriate set for any game: one as normal IG, the other as slavering mutated chaos-worshipping nutters (representing the old officers who've gone to the Dark Side)

Oh, I don't use my BA too often, and I want this to be my first pseudo conversion, y'know, just to make them look a bit different to your bog standard guardsman.

I also play BA and CSM, and have recently started a traitor guard army! I know that you said you want them tzeentchian, but I have tzeentch command squads converted from normal guardsman, I figure that minions of tzeentch would somehow manage to get high up the chain of command, my Infantry squads are dedicated to either nurgle or slaanesh, and for these i use the chaos cultists models with auto guns (no, I don't convert them to lasguns due to a combo of laziness and wanting to be able to use them for csm cultists if I want, my fluffy explanation is they probably try to modify them, but don't really make any difference). My khornate cultists are conscripts, which fluff wise i think makes sense. Obviously they aren't upgraded with marks of Chaos, as there are no rules for them in the Imperial guard Codex. There's probably fluff somewhere about the whole armies are dedicated to one God, or they are undedicated, but I don't care.
Sorry I kinda rambled there, anyway, even if you are painting them all tzeentchian, especially if you are playing them as a horde, squads are best painted in bright, distinctive colours, so you can tell them apart from each other on the tabletop. Oh, sorry, still rambling, I didn't really answers any of your questions there, but, er, there you go.

When you play with the blood angels, just argue that tzeentch has blinded the blood angels, and will only reveal the true nature of the traitor-guard, when they are weak after the battle, and slaughter them.
Just as planned... ;D

That's what tzeentch thinks, but the traitor guard are actually imperial, and the blood angels are actually a leman russ squadron
