That's actually a great idea, should send that to the U.N. Would, North Korea could be a prison country. Just give them a surplus every year for whatever prisoners they take. Would be cheaper than housing them here.

The people in the neighborhood better turn them over or it is going to be bad, and should be, and anyone caught helping them should get severe sentences. When they do catch them I hope they get sent to prison. Prison isn't friendly to child killers.
