If you found the image on google, follow the link to the original site - looks like there should be a blogspot article on them which might have more information.

Alternatively, try searching blogspot for them.

If the answer is included in the question, then they are asking for the year the forum was created, which would be "две тысячи четвертый" or 2004 in digits.

Still don't know where to buy them from, but I can at least try and contract the OP on that forum.

They are for sale, he sells direct only, payment might be problematic (PayPal is spotty within Russia), he might think you are a plant trying to entrap him for copyright violations and ignore you.

Most the Russian sculptors I have dealt with over the years are open to selling castings, but they are quite often paranoid about legal issues. Getting someone to vouch for you helps a good bit.
