Lots and lots of plasma!!! Wow!!!, I would...

- Drop at least one plasma vet for a melta vet
- Replace the eradicator with a vindicator

You have very little anti-heavy tank, as it stands you only have two units that can pen AV 13. Otherwise it looks like a fairly fun list to play, very skaven (you'll make yourself take a lot of casualties with all the plasma)

The Manticores, and vendettas can Pen land raiders. I just love me some plasma... Do you think it's a good list?

Also, put it this way. I like to be able to reliably take down monstrous creatures.

Oops, definitely missed the manticores somehow... currently moving to a new job...

anyway, I think it's a pretty good list! Again, you might find that you're killing yourself a bit, but that's half the fun right?

From what I've experienced, voxes are wasted points when the guardsmen are in chimeras (and you have 5 transports, not 4). You can only upgrade four guardsmen in the CCS - so either 4 plasma guns or 2 plasma guns and the standard/vox.

The eradicator with plasma sponsons is a target mismatch - you have anti-troop with anti-elite sponsons. Try it, it fits the theme I guess.

Not a bad list. I'd love to see how it visually comes out.

I would add a little more anti-horde factor. Although if you fight a TEQ army, you'll win hands down. If you go you against a swarm army of nids, not so much.

Well I have it mostly painted. Fluff wise it's cadian and catachan teaming together. Didn't realize my mistake with the ccs. I'll edit my post to reflect that. As with the leman Russ eradicator, would I be better off with the executioner? ,i just love dropping pie plates!!!

Not so sure, this list is dropping potentially 6 10-4 large blasts a turn, not to mention the plasma, las and eradicator fire. Plus much of the army won't be damaged by a horde army's fire.

Exactly, I'm honestly not very concerned about nids... Not to mention tyranids have trouble with armor. Thus while list is armor

If you want to drop pie plates - take another manticore. They hurt everything and are valid sources of both anti-troop and tank.

A leman russ would certainly be more fluffy than that, though. You have enough plasma to blast any marine army off the table so the executioner is redundant, although certainly fun. A demolisher isn't a bad choice, especially if you can keep it hidden behind your moving chimera wall. As is a eradicator gunboat - heavybolter sponsons so you're dishing out 9 str 5 ap 4 shots with the cover ignoring large blast.

Well I don't own a third manticore. Thus I'm running the leman russ. Also, it's nice having the tougher armor. Manticores can be destroyed pretty easily. The heavy Bolter sponson eradicator seems like a lot of fun.

I would echo the Heavy Bolter Sponsons.

A. for the points
B. So you don't end up glancing your tough armor.

I'm thinking definitely eradicator leman russ now.

Any other thoughts? Is this enough fire power?

In my experience I would swap out some plasma vets with melta ones, because your going to find that they kill themselves quite quickly (at least for me).

Throw heavy bolter sponsons on for one reason: because if you lose a wrapon you have a smaller chance of losing your main weapon.

Honestly I just like the plasma for range and rapid fire. Also, yea the eradicatir with heavy bolter sponsons looks awesome for the points
