So recently it was found that CSM is blood brothers with CSM through the black legion supplement. Wouldn't it be awesome if they could become blood brothers with eldar. it seem's far-fetched but if it came about through, lets say, an emperors children supplement it would work. Dark Eldar hate the chaos god slaanesh, despises the god. And since NM love the god and Dark Eldar are opposed to Eldar it would make for an alliance. (eldar also use some sonic weaponry too; a new preferred enemy/hatred slot for dark eldar would also be a result)

No...all Eldar hate Slaanesh.

The other Chaos gods are also on the Eldar's very extensive Gaklist.

And the Dark Eldar are BATTUL BROTHAS with their Craftworld Counterparts.

As noted, this is never going to happen because it contradicts directly with the fluff.

Eldar of all flavours *hate* Chaos. Their entire society is structured around denying Slaanesh both in life and after death. Chaos destroyed their empire and pushed them to the brink of extinction, and even now they belong to Chaos upon death for a very graphic version of Hell.
On a similar note, Eldar and Dark Eldar really don't hate each other. There is a reason they are Battle Brothers on the chart and it's because they believe themselves to be innately superior simply for being Eldar. They might not like each other or squabble/skirmish, but as soon as a real threat emerges they will band together.
The closest you could ever get to Chaos Eldar would be the ones living on the Crone Worlds. Even then they are not going to be very fond of Chaos what with the whole genocide-thing and are a small enough faction that I doubt they will ever get a gameplay aspect.

However, a much more realistic idea for Battle Brothers would be the Imperial Guard. This would then be 'The Lost and the Damned' as seen in the Eye of Terror campaign and would essentially be Traitor Guard.

I think Space Marines should be added as Desperate Allies for Chaos marines, allow us to represent Red Corsairs, Sons of Malice, and other Renegade Chapters who didn't forget how to make Land Speeders or Storm Shields yet.

Fluff wise, besides representing newly turned marines it could represent "tricky Alpha Legion", Fallen Angels masquerading as Codex Marines and tricking a chapter, or even a chapter forced to join with Chaos ti fight NIds or something

I agree with Space Marines being made Battle Brothers, or perhaps Allies of Convenience (the veteran CSM don't fully trust the new traitors yet).

Also Guard so that a true LOTD army could be made using two force charts - CSM + Guard in one, Daemons + CSM in the other.

However, Eldar and Chaos would never happen. Chaos almost destroyed the Eldar race, there is no way they would ally under any circumstances.

Yeah I agree that the Allies is a bit much.

However, I've always liked the idea of a sect of Eldar who turned to the other Chaos Gods (Khorne, Nurgle, Tzeentch) as a desperate and misguided way to prevent their souls from being devoured by Slaanesh or even to combat Slaanesh.

but eldar dont turn to Khorne, nurgle or tzeench all that often. The eldar soul just isnt compatable with worshiping one god.

Craftworld Eldar and Dark Eldar are good friends. Sure they might think each other a little weird but they are more likely to ally together than with any other race.
Eldar arent 40k's version of High and Dark Elves, they are all together different things.
