Are there any instances of Tau planets getting invaded by Daemons? Obviously, no psykers means no rifts being opened by exploding head syndrome, but suppose a Tau world was caught in a Warp Storm. Surely, some Daemons would come out to the physical world to play? Especially Khorne who just wants blood to be spilled. It's been said that Tau have weak souls, but they still have lots of blood right?

None that I can think off the top of my head.
But theres plenty of reasons to go with it though. As you said warp storms, Tau often ally/trade with humans, perhaps a rogue psyker made it to their planet, maybe a space hulk drifted in system with a demonic entity aboard etc etc.
Lots of fluff reasons for it to be possible.

Aside Ethereals and O'Shovas tau dosn't even know about Daemons existance.
ANd Speaking about Khorne, he is as concerned about blood as Nurgle about decease - is is the instrument, not a goal. Khorne fed on anger and his only concern is to spread hared and anger - it happen that bloodshed and brutal close combat is the best way to do it, so he stick with blood.

Here's a quick bit of fluff I came up with:
The Tau annexe a sparsely-populated Imperial world.
Most of the civilians are quite happy with this, but an active Chaos Cult is already on the planet, and don't take kindly to these new (heavily armed) rulers, especially compared with the old, ineffectual governor and PDF, who they were preparing to overthrow.
So, they decide to strike at the Tau instead.
But of course, they need some help, and where better to ask for it, than from their Gods?
So, after several tries, they finally succeed in summoning a greater Daemon - who has some rather different ideas about who is in charge.
So there you go, one greater Daemon is on-world, and goes on to open up a warp rift to bring in it's friends/slaves/followers.
Before you know it, the Tau are desperately fighting for their lives against the Daemon hordes!

And aside from the Inquisition and a few important military figures, most humans don't know about the existence of Daemons either. So what?
And are Tau incapable of hate and anger?
Also, regarding Nurgle, I think I can see why he would want to mess with the Tau if they're the progressive type. Nurgle, being the lord of decay, would like to see their progress halted and reversed.

An incursion could certainly be possible.
Either through the Tau actively sheltering rogue psykers, experimenting on chaos artifacts, or some other external phenomena.
I'm actually writing a Deathwatch campaign, in which the Tau have made contact with a chaos cult which was plotting to overthrow the governor and giving them aid, not knowing what they were getting themselves into.
