Sad.
Given that it's been shown to NOT be true, should you not be happy?

I'm confused, seen Nids for November and Jan.
Whats the most likely at the moment? Considering November is 3 weeks away?

Not November (that's clearly the rest of the Dark Elves minis plus a few other bits and pieces like the Sisters of Battle digital codex)
so January looks likely
(but remember this is only rumours, nothing is really going to be certain until the first pictures leak from white dwarf, or a copy of the codex)

On top of that, with the current release schedule policy, no one will be waiting very long for fully fledged updates and Supplements.

For your entertainment:
Anonymous source over at Faeit 212 wrote:Based upon current information, the remaining 40k codexes will release in alternating imperial and xenos releases:
Tyranids
Imperial Guard
Orks
Blood Angels
Dark Eldar
Space Wolves
Necrons
Grey Knights
This covers all current outstanding codexes that have not been touched in 6th edition. (As much as people hate it, SOB have a new codex).
No independent deathwatch codex mentioned for third arm of the inquisition, may appear as a supplement to SM around the ork release, MAYBE.
Stickmonkey over at Faeit 212 wrote:Just as an add to your release schedule post… I’ve had some unconfirmed info that GW is targeting two 40k release months for each non 40k release month. If true, then we could see eight 40k months out of 2014…
(...)
I personally expect 6 this next year. I think if Fantasy is getting a reboot that we will have a little more focus there, and even with the faster pace, we still had nothing major in December. I’m thinking 6 40k codex, 2 Fantasy army books and the 9th update. A 40k supplement. December/Hobbit 3 and one month up in the air, but probably fantasy.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't stickmonkey basically been discredited? We don't have a single reliable rumour past Orks for anything save vague rumblings of a new Fantasy edition sometime in the next year.
Regardless, there's no reason to doubt all the 5th ed books will be updated within this year if the past is any precedent. Think of it, a 40k edition when everyone's up to date. The only thing they'll have left to do is fixing the first few releases....
|
Therefore, I conclude, Valve should announce Half Life 2: Episode 3.

The closer we get to having all codices updated for 6th the more accurate his prediction will get at least.

He qualifies his post as "unconfirmed info" and "personal expectation", so ...

The best way to check is following the tracker here:

He is wrong more often than not but check each swath of false rumors to see for yourself if he could be believed. I wouldn't discount him entirely.

1.) Personal expectations are not tracked.
2.) His track record was quite good until the Dark Angels release.
