Just let the Democrats be themselves. It usually works every second or third election cycle.

Depending on the state you live in, you can only get T from a doctor so such a note/thing would already be on your medical records. Though it might not hurt to tell your general physician.

Yep, the 1976 presidential electoral map and the 1980 electoral map is a tremendous turnaround. Its happened before and will happen again.
