While people were inspired by the idea from South Park, what would be more interesting is finding out if these feelings were always present in the people and just needed something like "Kick a Ginger Day" to make it more socially acceptable to harass red-heads, that TV shows are

capable of swaying large groups of people into horrible things or if what is considered OK socially is immoral, people will still participate or do nothing with that immoral thing out of fear of being an outcast.

Lol, but still race is for the most part a social construct like you go to any country and they'll have different divisions on races from a biological stand point all humans are 99.9% alike genetically-speaking (Human Genome Project) and there is only one race "human", from an anthropological

standpoint there's Negroids (black people), Caucasoids (Latinos, white people, certain Indian ethnicities, Arabs, Scandinavians, Mediterranean people, etc), Mongoloids (Asians, Polynesians, Native Aboriginals, etc), Australoids (Veddah people, Australian aboriginals, etc), etc. And the way

"red-heads" are treated it comes across as racial to me at least when used in a negative sense.
