Love the scheme, love the basing, love the subtle chipping... not entirely sold on the OSL. The muted colors work wonderfully with the scheme, but that's part of my issue - it tends to blend. Between the similarity to the suit's marking color and the model's lines being so rigidly segmented, it isn't immediately apparent whether some areas are intended as painted ones, but have a soft edge instead of a hard one, or if they're supposed to be red hot. I'm genuinely torn between desires for visual clarity and cohesion.
Still, it's beautifully painted and the overall impression is a great one.

Great scheme, I have to agree with the OSL.While the effect itself is well done, This seems to be a trend as of late to do "exaggerated" OSL, It really becomes a lot about studying how the light would actually travel, I will give an example which is the sides of the Ion cannon where the "vents" are (on the barrel, on the side and on the rear). Those vents I am assuming are treated as the "source of the light". The hard edge around those "vents" is going to create a shadow and force the light outward, it would not allow it to bleed out onto the sides of the gun like that, at most you would have a slight glow around the edge of the vent and the center of it would be the brightest spot. You're also not the first person I have seen that made the intake vents on the front of the backpack glow, which I am just not sure on why an intake would glow.

My work as a soldier is done and now passes to you for I have great tasks to perform in my earthly sanctum. Yes but when they eventually do land they've got to weigh easily over 5 tonnes. So I would imagine that here would be some crud at least up the feet.
Other than that good paint job dude
Where did you get the shoots coming out from the swamp ??
