This idea came from the best sculpt thread and an idea I had while posting earlier today

You are allowed up to10 kits or miniatures on your virtual hobby shopping list, any system, in or out of production. The only criteria are that
a) You don't already own said mini
b) You are firmly convinced you will continue to desire this model until you acquire it or die in the attempt.

To start the ball rolling

Thunderhawk
Storm Eagle
Fire Raptor
FW LOC (bit of a cheat, as awaiting delivery)
Chaos Warhound
Cang The Implacable

I'll come back and edit in my further choices later, and I reserve the right to pinch other people's ideas, sorry, I mean be inspired by other people's ideas,

Lol, ok, I can understand that. I wouldn't come back and read any further replies either. Might give you ideas...

Here is my list. It is mostly Forge World models, but there is still a Battletech figure missing from my collection of sealed blister packs.

Mars Pattern Warhound Titan with dual Turbo Lasers
Mars Pattern Reaver Titan
GW Warbots figures (look very similar to some early FASA/ Battletech designs) from the late 80's
GW discontinued terrain pack that featured orbital strike blasts and other hazardous terrain
Battletech "oval base" Marauder from the early days of Ral Partha's BT line sealed in its original blister pack
FW Marauder Destroyer bomber
FW Eldar Phantom Titan

1. Uncharted Seas Combat Pack (Dragon Lords VS Bone Griffons)
2. Dragon Lords Game Cards
3. Bone Griffons Game Cards
4. Uncharted Seas Rulebook
5. The Uncharted Seas Scenery Bundle

Just when I said to myself that the next game I was to buy into was gonna be a 28mm skirmish game...

Edit: Added number 5 to the list.

+ 40mm Kalee's NSFW - I love most of Hasslefree's female sculpts, especially in the larger 40/54mm range.

That feel when the only things you want are huge and expensive. In order of priority, greatest to least:

1. Acquiring and painting a Forge World Chaos Warlord Titan is my purpose on this fething Earth.
2. The Primarchs - Every last one of them, though I'm mainly looking forward to Curze, a more Chaosy Lorgar, any versions of Horus, and, most of all, Sanguinius.
3. Gal Vorbak - Mainly just want to see how Forge World handle Possessed. Hopefully closer to GW's artwork than GW. I would hope Argel Tal would either be a Character Series model or come with the squad.
4. Sevatar - Because Sevatar. And I don't even play Night Lords
5. Chaos Reaver - I feel somehow obligated to get a second Warhound first, though.
6. Stormblade
7. At least two Fire Raptors - Already got a Storm Eagle, want two more of those as well.
8. Thunderhawk
9. At least 72 (6 squads of 12) of the old Juan Diaz Daemonettes
10. At least one of everything from Cthulhu Wars - I was in on their Kickstarter, but I dropped out at the last minute and blew the money on Forge World instead. One of the worst hobby-related mistakes I've ever made.

Honorable mention goes to the Macharius. Either a Vanquisher or a Vulcan, I've never been able to decide which one I liked more.

2nd Edition Ork 'Beakie' Tinboyz (one of my favourite models from the era)
2nd Edition Ork dreadnought (which currently sell for around the same price at the in-production plastic deffdread, and was one of the minis that got me into Orks in the first place)
2nd Edition Screamer-Killer (same reasons as 1 and 2)

Another Battletech completionist--nice! The Battletech line is insanely large and I have been neglecting a lot of the figures from 2006 onward, but there are only a few of the really rare 80's pieces that I still need to acquire. Good luck in your hunt!

the_Armyman and livanbard reminded me of two more FW items I want; a Marauder Destroyer and Eldar Phantom Titan. Thanks for the reminder guys my wish list just got $1100 more expensive.

The Marine Standing Behind Marneus Calgar

Upstate, New York

There are some things I desire, but have no plans on ever getting. And then there is a list of things on my "to get" list. Which is a lot more practical.

http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/productDetail.jsp?catId=cat440272a&prodId=prod1600058a
The guy with the bolter. Love the pose, love the sculpt. Don't need another sternguard enough to track him down and bother with payments/shipping. But I do covet him

Marneus Calgar and honor guard. Another nice sculpt, don't need. I have the PA version, and have made some HG out of the new sternguard kit. Still, every time I look at the HQ section, he's there watching me. And I suspect he will continue to haunt me.

In the "There is NO way I can justify buying this" category is:
http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-40000/Eldar/ELDAR-COBRA-TYPE-II-SUPER-HEAVY-GRAV-TANK.html
But that is one sexy, sexy tank. I have a soft spot for anti-grav tanks, and that is a nice one. But my Eldar are at best a secondary army, and might total up to 2,000 points if I painted everything. So apocalypse units are pretty far outside reasonable.

In the out of print category, I could use another 5 metal assault terminators. I only own 5, and would like to have a full 10 man squad.

In the things I desire, and plan on getting pile are a Land speeder storm and a Vindicator tank. Less so for cool looks, but for game play. Nothing wrong with having some obtainable items on the wish list...
