I've always been super partial to the Istvaan Dropsite Massacre chapters: Raven Guard, Iron Hands, and Salamanders (I even played Sallies back in 3rd, when they had that godawful I3).

Ohhh one of these Polls again...ok well I think it best that we become biased again...
When asking which is best...it's actually best to ask best at what...cos they're all first founding legions...
Of course though in terms of kicking ass I would say Space Wolves...as they've done tons in the ass kicking department and have even taken on the Inquisition and got away with it...

I said Space Wolves just because their loyalty have not been questioned. But in truth if it was not for the Horus Heresy the Ultramarines would have quikly eclipsed all other Legions.
