4 - 5 Scoring units (Mordaci makes the Terminators scoring + denial and 10 man can combat squad), 12 Victory Points, and 41 models. Small elite army that packs a punch in shooting and assault. Dark Strider joins 6 Fire Warriors and mans the Icarus Lascannon. Space Marine scouts either man the Heavy Bolters and/or go after objectives. This list should handle medium and small size lists, but will struggle against horde.

Does he make them scoring if he is not the Warlord and/or primary detachment? I can't remember, but might be worth a double-check.

You can download the character updates on forgeworld's website. He doesn't need to be the Warlord or primary to make Terminator squads scoring. It's just a special rule.

If he is the army's warlord (which he isn't in this list), by default, he'll have the 'Champion of Humanity' Warlord trait from codex:SM.

Too many other Tau players run 3 Riptides. I wanted to try something different by running 3 Riptides and 10 assault Terminators to counter their lists.
