Does the stealth and camo cloaks stack? Please include where you got your answer. Thanks!

If I recall correctly, Camo Cloaks just say that they add one to cover saves yes? (I think they used to just give Stealth, but they changed a Codex or two ago?)

If so, both modify a save. Neither states that they are exclusive. Page 2 Multiple Modifiers tells us how to handle multiple modifiers.

Why wouldn't they?

I don't have the newest rules but assuming they haven't changed since the 5th Ed FAQ, which I don't suspect they have, then they would. As Camo Cloaks gave simply +1 and Telion gave Stealth which gives a 6+ save if in the open, or +1 to any other Cover Save

Telion's rule was slightly re-writen in the new dex so that he gives a bonus to a cloak equipped unit but the unit needs to buy the cloaks first or its of no effect.

What? He himself has the cloak, and has the Stealth special rule. If the other members of the unit they'd simply have +1 to their cover saves, where wounds on Telion would have +2.
How is it needed to get the capes?

Yes...both Telion and Camo Cloaks stack. Add in an ADL or similiar and now your scouts are going to have a 2+ Cover Save!

I do believe they stack. I'm deployed right now, and, no big rule book with me. However, I do believe it works just the same for the IG, with the "forward sentries" option on vets with Harker.

So that models other than Telion have the +2 to cover saves.

Yes, 2 different sources of a bonus always stack; Stealth and camo cloaks are 2 different sources of +1 to cover saves.
