Subject: The Infestation (home brewed army) two HQs and troops, elite and heavy support choice
in M31 during the horus heresy, and organism began to grow in the air of planets, this was due to the great amount of blood shed. As the heresy came near to its end, the organism began to shape and grow, until it was a mass of flesh in space this went unnoticed for 10 thousand years. The increased amount of warp rifts in the galaxy feed the mass of flesh, as it released small micro spores that entered the atmosphere of a near planet. in M41.997, these spores developed into eggs containing all different creatures unknown to the galaxy. The xenos hunters of the inquistion where called in to check the infestation, just as the invasion began, the eggs hatched and the race known as the Infestation where born, their bodies resembling that of a man/bug/reptilian hybrid which varied upon the amount of power it received from the Mass of flesh which constantly spawns millions of eggs a day and still somehow remains hidden in the galaxy.
Needle Weaponry:
needler palm: Rng:12'' str3 ap4 pistol poison(4+)
needler cannon: Rng24'' str 5 ap4 heavy 3 poison(4+)
blood drain needler: Rng:template str 3 ap6 assault 1 blood drain(if a blood drain needler causes one or more unsaved wounds then the unit either gains one wound back lost earlier in the battle or if the unit has not lost wounds, then ignore this rule)

extra limb: str:user ap- melee flaying limb(the model gains +1 attack)

infestation: Infestation models may infiltrate as close to the enemy as they want as long as they are atleast 1'' from them and must keep out of line of sight, and gain the stealth (ruins) special rule.
frenzied mind: roll for each unit with this special rule at the beginning of the game, on a 6 the unit gains the rage and preferred enemy special rules, but must charge the closest unit and cannot do anything that will prevent them from charging. In additional, the unit also must take a leadership test at the beginning of each of your turns, if passed all is fine but if failed the unit inflicts the same amount of hits on itself as the number of models in it using the majority and best weapon in the unit.
terrain jumper: all models with this rule has the move through cover special rule.

i did acknowledge you gave me the idea for chovesks table, i said in a comment i used your idea but improved it and im sure i thanked you, honestly the thesaurus was not the reason theserus has his name. Oh and please dont think that you threatening me about not giving ideas will help, coz ye alot of my stuff is op but again none of you have to worry about it as you will not be playing those units, i dont a problem with anyone, i do have a problem when people jump to conclusions and just make fun.

Maybe, instead of being so defensive and telling people to screw off, you could try being polite, respectful, and encourage proper dialogue.
You're really not creating an environment that encourages people to help you.
Also, don't make stuff that is OP. No one will want to help you if you acknowledge its op, but not make any attempt to balance it. Its also just a decent thing to do for your potential opponents, you know, out of respect.
Oh, and please spell and capitalize properly. 'Coz', and 'ye' and 'i' get frustrating to read. Take the time to write something worth reading, and people will provide proper feedback.

Its ok guys, leave it to me to sort this thread out, again. Necron, your first out burst *was* uncalled for, all he said was he thought the name was humorous and everyone has their own sense. For example when ever someone describes something with the word 'OPness' I always say it ''Oh-Penis' then laugh, 'cause I'm mature.
The rules them selves aren't half as bad was what people are saying, but they ain't saints either. For example frenzied mind grants far too many buffs for not a bad down side (Oh no, im going to HAVE to charge you!), and the whole deepstrike thing I don't like that much. How about instead of deepstriking, it means any unit that can infiltrate can infiltrate into any piece of terrain on the board, regardless of LOS or proximity issues. May not deploy with in same terrain as enemy models. This means units with this can Ymargle their way up the board, giving a good counter to tau/gun lines.
Your first 'Hive tyrant' like thing has good base rules (not including the razor claws, I really don't like them depending on if the +1 str accumulate to str 10 base. Guns are fine maybe even a little over priced. This guy will be compared with the hive tyrant, but I think its fair due to lack of psy-powers and lets face it, rubbish guns.You'd have to work hard to convince me that your big MC can jump over terrain, on paper I don't like that, they already have move through cover. Wings upgrade is fine, but buying wings should limit armour save to a 3+, no 2+/4++ fly-monster for you
I'm not sure what your dictionary-saur is wanting to be, a combat beast or a brain control bug. I would need convincing why it could do both. Anyway I would never use him, too many points for a beat stick is never a good plan.
As for you guys, while Necron did unnecessarily jump on Imotek its only because people are constantly dismissing his ideas due to preconceptions of his last ideas (which are getting better...), so while I don't understand the outburst, I understand the frustration.

OK for the Great Tormentars I would suggest starting them with the Rough hide and then allow options to upgrade to Steel hide or Reinforced Steel scales rather than the current setup.
Reason for this being currently they start as 3+ 5++ but can then pay points and lose the invulnerable. The new way I suggested basically moves it to the way marine commanders would of gone so:
3+ to start
Pay to go to 2+
Pay more to go to 2+ 4++
The names for the scales might need reworking just to explain the invulnerable saves, reinforced steel doesnt scream Invulnerable saves to me (energy fields, psychic powers, etc). Obviously "steel" might just be what guardsmen who have faced them in the past called it not knowing what they really were (an interlaced biocompound that absorbs and disipates force/energy across a symbiotic lattice).
For the Theserus
I would make him a psyker to start and then give him Puppet Master and Psychic Shriek as default powers, it works similar to your own custom power but uses what already exists rather than adding in new rules. This will reflect either focusing his control on his enemies or just screaching his power to disrupt them.
Soon his foes would learn that the only thing more dangerous than a savage three hundred pound brute is a savage three hundred pound brute with a plan - Ork Codex

Hope you do not mind me just revamping the format for you Necronspur, just discovered how to do Spoiler buttons think it will help with doing army lists like Icedales homebrew in this forum.

The Infestation
in M31 during the horus heresy, and organism began to grow in the air of planets, this was due to the great amount of blood shed. As the heresy came near to its end, the organism began to shape and grow, until it was a mass of flesh in space this went unnoticed for 10 thousand years. The increased amount of warp rifts in the galaxy feed the mass of flesh, as it released small micro spores that entered the atmosphere of a near planet. in M41.997, these spores developed into eggs containing all different creatures unknown to the galaxy. The xenos hunters of the inquistion where called in to check the infestation, just as the invasion began, the eggs hatched and the race known as the Infestation where born, their bodies resembling that of a man/bug/reptilian hybrid which varied upon the amount of power it received from the Mass of flesh which constantly spawns millions of eggs a day and still somehow remains hidden in the galaxy.
Needle Weaponry: needler palm: Rng:12'' str3 ap4 pistol poison(4+) needler cannon: Rng24'' str 5 ap4 heavy 3 poison(4+) blood drain needler: Rng:template str 3 ap6 assault 1 blood drain(if a blood drain needler causes one or more unsaved wounds then the unit either gains one wound back lost earlier in the battle or if the unit has not lost wounds, then ignore this rule) needle rifle: Rng:24'' str4 ap4 rapid fire poison(4+)
Combat Weaponry: toxic maw: str:user ap2 melee poison(4+) barbed blade: str:user ap3 melee (each barbed blades will +1 strength) 2 sets of razor claws: str+1 ap4 melee (3 sets will allow re-rolls to hits 4 will allow re-roll to hit and wound) extra limb: str:user ap- melee flaying limb(the model gains +1 attack)
Armory: scales: +1 to armour save or 6+ armour save reinforced scales: +2 to armour save or 5+ armour save layered scales: +3 to armour save or 4+ amour save rough hide: 3 armour save steel hide: 2+ armour save bio-shields; 5+ invulnerable enhanced bio-shields: 4+ invulnerable
Special rules: Infestation: Infestation models may infiltrate as close to the enemy as they want as long as they are atleast 1'' from them and must keep ou of line of sight, and gain the stealth (ruins) special rule. Frenzied Mind: roll for each unit with this special rule at the beginning of the game, on a 6 the unit gains the rage and preferred enemy special rules, but must charged the closest unit and cannot do anything that will prevent them from charging. In additional, the unit also must take a leadership at the beginning of each of your turn, if passed all is fine but if failed the unit inflicts the same amount of hits on itself as the number of models in it using the majority and best weapon in the unit. Terrain Jumper: all models with this rule has the move through cover special rule.
HQ

Options: May take the following( note for each limb, he can take a piece of wargear unless stated by wargear): May take up to 4 barbed blades for 25pts each. May take up to 2 Bio-impale cannons for 30pts each (one takes up 2 limbs) May take up to 2 needler cannons for 40pts each (one takes up 2 limbs) May take a blood drain needler for 40pts (takes up one limb) May take a Bio-insertion rotary for 50pts (takes up 2 limbs) May take bio-shields for 40pts or enhanced bio-shields for 50pts

senseless rage: roll a D6 at the start of every movement phase on a 1, Theserus becomes engraged and must move 3D6'' forward in a straight line, all units he passes over friendly or enemy must take an initiative test if failed suffer 2D6 str6 hits. Note Theserus may not do anything else until his next turn and cannot be end his run over any unit or impassable terrain so must be moved the minimum distance away to prevent him being within 1''.

Hello necronspurs2012 Your fandex is good; I always like original idea. But if you can expand the fluff, then it'll be even better Are these lizards have some in common with Chaos, Khorne in particular ? because "organism began to grow in the air of planets, this was due to the great amount of blood shed". About the crunch, I think most of them are fine. The only problem I've seen is about armours. Instead of add +1 or +2 to Armour Save, how about making separated items that increase their Armour Save and separated armours that provide 6+ or 5+ Sv ? This way it's more clear, and more orthodox, because all 40k armies use it Oh, and please use more capitals. It make the thread easier to read. And I also found some typos Mainly on units's entries Overall this is very good. Can't wait to see more
