Subject: Daemon Primarchs

FW is releasing official rules for HH-era Primarchs. However, most of the Traitor Primarchs have become Daemon Princes ever since. Whereas Horus and Konrad Curze are dead, Alpharius/Omegon is not a Daemon Prince, and Angron has official Daemon Primarch rules, what about the remaining five?
Here's my own take on Fulgrim, Daemon Primarch of the Emperor's Children:
Version 1.25:
Points: 500
WS10 BS6 S7 T7 W6 I9 A4 Ld10 Sv2+
Unit Type: Flying Monstrous Creature
Wargear:
- The Gilded Panoply
- Four Daemon Blades
Special Rules:
- Adamantium Will
- Daemon of Slaanesh
- Eternal Warrior
- Fearless
- Feel No Pain (4+)
- Shrouded
The Gilded Panoply:
Even after his ascension to Daemonhood, Fulgrim still dons remains of his old set of artificer armour, expanded and warped to accomodate his inhuman body. The Gilded Panoply confers a 2+ armour save.
Daemon Blades:
Daemon Primarch Fulgrim is a multi-armed monster, and in each hand he wields a daemonic blade coated in lethal poison. The Daemon Blades have both Shred and Poisoned (4+). In addition, roll 4D3 at the start of the Fight sub-phase. On a result of 1 nothing happens, but for every 2+ result Fulgrim gains additional attacks until the end of the phase.
I've used HH Book 1 and fluff as the inspiration for this monstrosity. Now, discuss and show me your ideas!

shouldnt he be Daemon of Slanesh not Mark of Slanesh.
Also assuming he has a 5++ from being a daemon.

I chose Mark of Slaanesh to allow taking Noise Marines as Troops with Fulgrim as an HQ, but I forgot that he shouldn't be used in anything short of Apocalypse, where you can take whatever you want. So yes, Daemon of Slaanesh is more fitting, and it does grant him a 5++.

I think as a greater demon, because thats essentially what he is, his strength and toughness should be 7, no less. Do his 4 demon blades give him 4d6 extra attacks? Needs to have his 5++ be at least a 4++ if not 3. He should come in around the 650 mark with those changes.

I tend to do that with custom characters... Any suggestions how to improve him without overdoing it?

Invulnerable save to a 3+, strength and toughness increase to 7 weapon should add +1 strength d6 attacks. He should allow daemons of slaanesh as troops in a heresy era army he should also have a few funky special rules for his primarchiness but its up to you to think of that

I understand that sometimes its nice to keep things simple but this is a Daemon Primarch so give him a bit more umph.
At the minute he's not alot better than a bloodthirster for alot more points.
If you take the difference between a chaos lords stats and a daemon princes stats this would be a good starting point to modify the primarchs stats from the HH books, so extra WS, S, T, W, I , A in various amounts. Keep all of the relevant special rules especially those for being a primarch.
Give him a couple of extra special Daemonic rules, chosen of of the Dark Prince, Pleasure's Herald, The Glorious desecrator, that sort of thing.
Add on a couple of simple extras like FNP.
Give him daemonified versions of his equipment and your done, well after you decide a points value ;-)

Noted, I'll alter his profile in a moment. Thanks for the feedback.
Also, fellow CSM, don't forget to post proposed rules of other Daemon Primarchs!
