Did not notice your flag, and was going to say, "English doesn't seem to be your first language." The minis do indeed look nice, and I've seen your work around the internet before. Perhaps you could find someone that speaks English natively and they can fix the choppiness of your text to make everything sound smoother. If you can't/don't want to pay them, perhaps send them some free minis.

I have the Undead Samurai and it is an amazing miniature, superb quality. Will be keeping an eye on this with great interest.

I'd be happy to do this for a set of minis, I've mentioned in the general Dark Hammer release thread I have a Blood Tyrant which I'm very happy with!

As to backing the project? I would love to, but I'm afraid I'm not familiar with indiegogo, don't they take your pledge regardless, unlike Kickstarter who only take it if the project successfully funds?

Not only do they take your cash regardless of whether or not it succeeds, they take it immediately.

That almost seems too good to be true. I noticed your very nice asian-mythology undeads but convinced myself I didn't need them. Now I'm worried about my wallet ...

Wow, those are impressive prices, on some already nice models.

Its also one of the most back assward languages to get a handle on. Even native speakers don't know all the rules. Why jump on an obvious second language speaker?

Its not terrible, syntax is wonky bbecause English is crazy. We have rules. Then exceptions to those rules. Then exceptions to those exception.

All in all, I've read college papers from native English speakers that were worse then the English the page.

I didn't feel any "jumping on" was happening. It is a valid criticism, and when you are soliciting people for money who aren't necessarily aware of your languages, first, second or fifteenth, then first impressions count.

I'm a fan of the product, I'm a customer as I've mentioned, but other potential backers won't have that experience and won't be willing to cut the necessary slack.

I didn't jump on him (if that was the only thing I was harping on in this thread post after post, then yeah maybe you could accuse me of jumping on. I clicked the link because indiegogos are not work blocked and I had heard of Dark Hammer Miniatures (insomuch as that I've seen their undead horse and rider). They do fantastic work, but trying to read it was a little bit painful because English isn't their native language, thus why I offered the suggestion of finding someone that speaks English and would be willing to fix their text so that they are putting the best possible foot forward.

Agreed on both counts- didn't seem that aggressive, and it is a valid concern. It's actually one of the things that makes me nervous about backing Journey right now (ESL rules)

Hi.Guys .

WoW .Thanks for those comments .Very appreciate that .

Here is some process of indiegogo .

We choose the flexible funding .There will be two result if the goal isn’t met .One is we refund all the money .The other is we go on the production using money we get and you will get your reward .
The money will come out at the end of campaign .We will use money to make miniatures .

And we are keep the same standard as our website showing .Find awesome sculptor then cast high quality miniatures we as promise .Here is few pix to show the quality

About my english .Sorry for that .I am try to write more smooth .HeHe .Thanks for understanding .

Any questions about indiegogo how to perk and other questions are all welcome .Thanks again

I like the miniatures, but I do not really care for IGG unless it is with a really reliable company/people who runs the campaign.

I was about to say French or many other languages are awful and illogical, but you've got a point with Finnish.

Very cool looking! Could we get some comparison shots? I'm interested to see how they match with Mantics Undead.

Those are really impressive sculpts. Some of them look finished already, such as the undead samurai, bloodlust tyrant and monk with 1000 hands. I'm wondering if it would be possible to get the finished ones shipped before June 2014. Also, if I add on extra miniatures (say get 2 tyrants) is it $10 shipping each, or do you only pay shipping for your main perk and everything else ins included in that shipping price?

These would be good alt figures for Bushido and Malifaux too.

The three you mention Bossk, are already available through their webstore.

In fact, I have a Blood Tyrant in my living room right now!

I bought a Bloodlust Tyrant from these guys and, really, it's a great mini. If this hits its 25k funding target I'll probably put in a pledge, but I'm reluctant to do anything flexible funding. It sounds like they're planning on either refunding the money or going through with production with the money they have (and just have it take longer I guess?) I might try asking on IGG to see if they make a clearer statement.

I think that Alpharius sort of tells the truth. An IGG campaign out of China with flexible funding.

On an Express Elevator to Hell!!

I will say the concept for these looks excellent.. Undead Samurai, looks tremendously cool! This could be a great option for one of the many undead players (for Fantasy, or KoW) that wants something different to the norm.

And obviously they have a talented sculptor.

DarkHammerMiniature - will you show any more pictures of the 'Undead Samurai' ? Would love to see some pictures of the front of the miniature.

Also, when you will you show the 'light infantry' ?

Remnants of Maelstrom games doing a kickstarter is fine, though! Right?

On a serious note, I've seen positive reviews by individuals on this board about the models so I don't think fulfillment would be an issue, Kickstarter might have been a better idea in terms of coverage and larger userbase though.
